Hotel Su Shree Continental near New Delhi Railway Station

The staff behavior was extremely rude and bad. The lady was stressful and told us to leave the room because we told her about the stinking room and washroom. She was too bad on behaviors and stressed us like anything.

Everything. I also have pictures of room which made you believe what kind of hospitality they served us . I want my money back as they threatened us with the room and I am sure they made something Bad with the room. Kindly contact me immediately

They stop hot water after 12:30 pm you have to tell them you have to taken a bath then they will start hot water ?

The staff are great. Everyone at the reception was willing to help me with all my questions. The location is ok but 5 min walking from the railway station is not true, maybe if you run... ?

Unfortunately, I had terrible food poisoning with the breakfast I ate at this hotel :( In India, there's always the risk of getting food poisoning but I wasn't expecting to get one from the hotel food. The price is high for what you get. The wifi doesn't work well inside the room and I stayed on the 2nd floor and was able to hear a lot of noise coming from the reception. Hot water didn't work on my first day there.

This is a cheap hotel in a fairly solid location in Delhi. It felt clean and within walking distance to a few areas. The internet worked well, and the bathroom was decent.

Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a good atmosphere and we especially enjoyed the Singing and dancing while the rooms were cleaned. It's very quiet inside the rooms, not a honk from the busy road outside. The Dining area on each floor was an extra plus.

Hotel Su Shree was perfect for our 3 night stay in Delhi. It's a nice hotel, ideally located with friendly service and clean rooms. It's 15mins walk from the New Delhi Train Station and metro stop. This metro stop is on the same line as the Airport and Kashmere Gate where buses drop you so easily accessible however you arrive. The staff are eager to help and you can order room service. We were very happy with our stay! Also great to find somewhere that isn't a scam!!

Spotlessly clean room. Fabulous shower pressure. Helpful staff.

The property is in a good location, handy to the main sites. The staff were really great and polite. We often asked for water or more toilet paper, and that was no problem. Regarding hot water - some reviews say there was none but here’s how it works. You ring downstairs and ask for the hot water to be put on (there’s a phone in your room). They put it in straight away, it takes 10 minutes to heat up and then there is hot water. Doing this we had hot water each time we wanted it. Room was spacious and bathroom was in good condition. They provided an extra blanket and towels on request. There is a dining table on each floor and you can order food from the property and eat there (or eat in your room). Overall, we can recommend staying here.

The bedding had stains on it and the blanket kept in the cupboard smelled unclean/musty. BUT I’m going to say there is very normal for India accommodation and is why we travel with a set of sheets. This is the only downside of the stay.

The other customers are extremely noisy which make it really hard to sleep the hotel entrance is in a narrow road , however the woman in the reception is very kind, doing her best to make you feel confortable

I stayed with my family last week for 2days. I booked it last after searching for room so long. The staffs and owner is sweet and cooperative. Affordable price and near to Metro and other major places of Delhi. Maximum our meal we ordered here only it was so tasty and affordable. Provided us Wifi, extra blankets, hot water. Thank you so much for your services. Highly recommended for family

The hotel is not within a 5-minute walking distance from the railway station. It will take at least 20 minutes to walk there.Rickshaw will charge you Rs 80-100/ from Railway station to the Hotel.

Good location, cleanly & cozy rooms. Friendly staff. Also there's the Restaurant with tasty food. Quiet enough (as far as it can be in Delhi). Initially, we arrived for 2 days, but according to the circumstances we lived here for more than a week.
