bathroom was disgusting, shower not working properly, regularly no warm water, room accustics so bad, that I woke up during night, when neigubour slammed the door

Lack of attention for basic things. No toilet roll, no soap in dispenser, No working Tv (after complaining, got one channel, no remote so only option was on or off) first day 3 towels for hand bath and floor, then just one, then just two even after requesting. Tea facilities but cups not washed daily. Room cleaning waited till the end of the day when I returned. Mismatch between website facilities and actual room.

The hotel is very well located. Literally on Ajmal Khan Road in the heart of the market

-The hotel needs a little renovation. -The breakfast is basic. -We never got hot water despite complaining about it various times.- The staff could be more helpful and friendly.

Location is excellent as middle of Karol Bagh.The young maintenance Manager (Umlesh) with the long beard had good ethics and very attentive to any concerns..

The bathroom requires a complete renovation as it has never been maintained. There are lot of mould on the silicone, grout and blinds. The toilets always stink of sewer.The sink and shower base leaks - waterproofing has failed. There is no circulation exhaust fan that works, whereas the staff keep saying everything is working - complete ignorance.The breakfast menu needs something sweet included as well

Staff were lovely; always helpful. Sometimes their 5 minutes was more like half an hour, but that's India. Restaurant in the hotel was good.

Lack of hot water and low water pressure. A "double" bed was just two single beds pushed together, so the beds rolled apart to create a gap. Walls, doors and floors need a good clean; most of the linen needs replacing due to being stained, or having burn holes for example.

Check in and check out was quick. Help from housekeeping was prompt. Breakfast in room was great

Power kept fluctuating and there were many many power cuts. Hot water for bath was only available on the first day. Pipes were running dirty brown water. Dustbin in room and bathroom had pan spit stains all over it. TV and set top box were not working.

Nice location ,nearest to metro ,pure vegetarian hotel sarvana bhavan and haldiram is best for food, and shoping also good place , it's best place to stay in this location

Due to corona we got a good deal thru booking.com. The room.rate was around 4000 is good for room standard and facilities. The room rate not to.excees the current rate
