The room and food was good.

While checking out I found my car had a scratch which was not there earlier. I complained first at the front desk then they called the security manager. He came after seeing the scratch, he Immideatly denied that it had not been done by his team. Later when I asked him to check the camera, he said I will and said sorry to me and I left. But no one responded back to my complaint from the hotel side which is quite surprising from a hotel like this.

Modern and beautiful design. Friendly staff. Lots of amenities on the property and in the room. Great AC. Tasty breakfast. Reasonable price.

Staff behaviour in front desk and restaurant.They are not professional. If I compare the status of the hotel vs response of the hotel staff. It's not ITC standard at all.

Everything. Very low standard of cleanliness , hygiene , totally run down and very low standard. Did not expect this from ITC. And extremely lethargic staff with a totally do-not-care attitude.

Excellent spread of buffet for breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms and good hygiene.

Nothing specific that i remember. Shower heads in bathroom.could be descaled.

Nice location and good facility. Great staff especially the reception. I had an exam and I needed my admit card color printed and she offered to print it out and brought it to me. So helpful beyond words her name was Akansha. Such great staff couldn’t have asked for better service.

The only thing i like was the breakfast

They charged me extra money for the same night like i booked it from booking.com and the payment didnt go through so i go to the property directly and do the booking cash and on the next day they told me that you already had the booking from booking.com and i told them to not process the payment and i show them that the payment didnt go through my card i made a complaint on booking.com and they sent mail to the hotel and they ignored and said this is against the policy etc etc and didnt supported me at all if they have supported me i would have save money so i paid for 2 nights for 1 night and the staff didnt helped me what is their policy to charge double money from people and they said u need to complain before this time making excuses i will never go again there they charged me extra money

Room was not hygienic and we order some pasta then after getting that room service asked to pay hand to hand for it.I as

Over the hotel is pretty dirty from stained rugs to dirty windows and dirty mirrors in ur room.

Need more options other than just Indian food.

Hotel was very dirty with stained carpets in the hallways , in the room. Stains were everywhere - mirrors , bathroom sink. Cleanliness was at its lowest

Excellent Hotel. Good food. Staff at the reception were really helpful and ensured that we are comfortable during the stay.

Accomodation was ex expected perfekt for business trip. No real complaints. Food was excellent. Breakfast was ok.

Change of towels was too less. One day no towel change.
