The staff Neha and manager- Arihant was very welcoming and made sure every concern we have is resolved happily. We loved our stay here.

Room was a bit cold but staff knew how to fix it

Good food the Kebab factory. Courteous staff at check in and check out. No complaints. Value for money.

The air conditioning in the room. It was too cold.

We have stayed earlier in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and service is good. Chef Ajay Khanna ensures the food is brilliant. Broadway is is an excellent restaurant.

Location near to client place

Checkin process delayedFace wash tap water tasted something difference, hope it wasn't not recycled water.Mattress too soft, twist and turn, waking up was a challenge.

Room cleanliness, room size and quality of food

Customer care at Breakfast and Tea Studio. Waiters are too slow to act on. Pawan in Tea studio, worse person to deal with. He have no idea to talk to customers, very poor behaviour with my wife. If I consider the episode what he did, I should go really hard to you hotel,,, even I had spoken with Anurag at your reception about that and he assured with that he will talk to Pawan and get apology from him. I should consider to lodge a complaint against him.

The property’s well kept and modern, there’s a lovely pool area ( however could do with more shaded areas). Our suite had outside space but we couldn’t use it as it was full of bird droppings, not great… looked like the outside space hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The spa didn’t have availability for the treatments we wanted unfortunately. The staff were lovely and helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was great lots of quality ingredients and lots of choice. Would stay again

It’s a relatively new property, has ample space in the rooms and the toilet-bath are nicely done. The spa centre has well experienced masseurs.

Very unprofessional front desk staff. Uncomfortable beds and bad quality of water in bathroom (Hard Water)

Great hotel, good standards

Very very noisy at night, its unbearable with the weddings every night, the windows are not sound proof, I was on the 6th floor(highest floor) and I could hear the music especially the base, I complained they said they can't change my room as they are fully booked

Bejng a vegetarian, i was quite impreased. I got what i wanted and i liked it

I dont like garlic, its a personal choice. You need to provide north indian dish without garlic

Finest hotel in nearby area

We as a guest have to pay parking fee,I was at the property on 31st December at night suddenly we can hear the moaning sound from another room this is very bad this type of thing happened with me 1st time in some hotel and last i didn’t like is the taste of the tap water its salty please fix these problems we as a guest don’t want these basic things in a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast. I got a free room upgrade thanks for that. Special thanks to Mr. Binod, he is the very supportive and always friendly door man.

Nice, clean room

During checkout, the staff at the reception asked us to rate the hotel on a piece of paper where the ratings between 1-8 were shown in bold red. And when we gave a rating of 8 there which is already pretty high, they asked rather pressured us why we are not giving a 9 or a 10! I found it very strange because for me 9 or 10 rating requires way more and why 8 is not fine, I did not understand

The room was good and comfortable, the lady at reception was very helpfull. Checkin was fast and easy.I guess radisson blu is the only 5* hotel at faridabad so no wonder their rate are very high if i wasnt wrong 12.000 rs per night. Well the breakfast was just average as there was no non veg served.Thanykou for the baby bed that radisson provide.

Everything you carry from outside like a cabin size baggage that i carry all the time has to be drop by bell boy to your room, which was strange....why dont you let us handle it ourself....i dont about faridabad but during my one month trip to india i stayed almost at several other 5* hotel too and there was nothing such, u just need to scan your bag and your good to carry that by urself unless its a big bag and you need room boy to help you.

Decent stay but dont expect good hospitality from the hotel team.

Service was pathetic. You need to call 4-5 times for a single service. Also, servers were rude at the restaurant during dinner and breakfast time.

The water was salty.it seems Faridabad ground water is very salty. whatever it is that's no one will like
