Room was clean, staff was responsive

Breakfast spread and breakfast arrangements were pretty bad

There is absolutely nothing to like about the property it is located in a crowded market place which is dirty and looks like a shady and shabby place to be living in and the kind of money which they have charged is actually for a 5 star hotel , this is a shanty and booking should not advertise these rooms without being sure , the credibility of Booking comes under the scanner

Like is said it is a dirty room , filthy to be precise, had to get the linen changed thrice as it was with dirty stains and marks there was almost no hot water they had no restaurant the breakfast was served in a place where occupants from all the rooms couldn’t even sit, it appeared it was a roadside breakfast corner looking at how they were serving breakfast keeping in view the fact that it is a 3 star hotel

1) There was no hot water for bath in winter season where temp is 5.2) Room was dusty. Can feel with wet foots while walking.3) Breakfast was over when reached to have it.4) No hygiene.

Polite and courteous staff. Food also good

Claustrophobic rooms, dirty floors, bathrooms also not cleaned of hairs from previous occupant. Staff polite helpful but no idea that spoons too are needed!

Ac was not working, washroom was smelly and not clean. Breakfast was not good too

Good accommodation with helpful staff. Everything was planned and available as part of check in which was smooth. However, request you to upgrade your website as I was not able to check in online on your website which led to manual intervention

Decent budget hotel in dwarka . Close to the airport.||All facilities were working fine. Wifi water geyser all well. Rooms were spacious clean rooms without noise.||Breakfast could have been||Improved. Didn't like the breakfast though.

The room service was decent and prompt, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. Room was big and well equipped. Overall, a convenient stay. Recommended to all. No inconvenience faced during the stay.

Good hospitality and good rooms with affordable price along with good food and easy quick response from the staff with out any hesitation they are doing everything. I suggest everyone to stay here without any fear

The hotel is not as clean as it is shown in the pictures. They said I would pay at the hotel, but they detucted the cost from my account before my arrival. The location is not good. The hotel is located on the third floors apartmen that the first floor is not related to the hotel and at night poor people come and sleep on the first floor which doesn't look good.

The location and the building are sketchy. Noisy and lack of cleaning.

The staff was courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The washroom was leaking from somewhere and the door of the washroom won't close. It was defective.

Nothing - poor and pathetic room and location - no parking available

Pathetic rooms - full of suffocation- no ventilation or window in the room - Also prices communicated initially got changed at the time of check in

The staff was very cooperative and helpful. They helped us check in comfortably.

The bathroom was moldy and very smelly. The location of the hotel isn’t what I expected. There is a liquor shop just below the hotel so lot of men around the hotel which makes it inappropriate for a family stay. The hotel is located in a slum area.
