Breakfast was enjoyable but could include more items.Appreciate the service of Mr Amit Singh and Mr Hemant Kumar.

The gym needs to be equipped with more items and needs to be bigger.The entrance needs to be improved. I hope that after the renovation taking place it will be so.

Clean rooms, clean bathroom, great breakfast and dining room.The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful, names I remember are Hemant Kumar and Rakesh.Our relatives who were in another room, left behind their medical device when they checked out the day before us. I contacted the cleaning person on our floor and he had already given it to the front desk. Upon enquiring at the front desk to have the item couriered at our cost, tha manager, Mr. Suraj Kumar, promptly said not to worry because he would take care of sending it at the hotel's cost. The item arrived the next day at our relative's house in Benares with no cost to us. We were all very impressed!

F&B Staff (Hement, Rakesh, Pintu & Amit) were very kind and their services were awesome.Reception staff ( Suraj) was polite and welcoming.

Break fast was excellent.Rooms where cleaned.Staff was very supportive.Hemant Kumar , Amit Singh and Pinto and surat where very helpful.

The kitchen staff were very helpful and professional. They did their best to satisfy our needs,specially Mr Hemant. Food was tasty. The hotel Manger Mr Yash was also very attentive and helped us.

We got a problem with room number 204 where a pungent smell was coming from the toilet. We reported the matter and a maintenance officer(plumber) came but did nothing.Finally I got throat infection with that and it spoiled my stay. It was on my request that we got shifted to an another room and this one is ok. It was very unprofessional on the part of the maintenance officer and we are very unhappy with that. Upon being informed of our discomfort and his unprofessional behaviour,he lied to us and upon querying whether he reported the matter,it was revealed that he did nothing.Had to prepone our flight as could not enjoy our stay because we had a little amount of days available to visit India pending my Medical intervention but it got spoiled. The hotel should take proper actions against such workers who apart being a liar, does not know how to speak with clients and argue.He totally spoiled our stay.

'The hotel staff': genuinely understanding, polite, and helpful. The staff is very considerate and made our stay much more comfortable. I would particularly like to thank Mushtaq Ji, Hemant Ji, Namita Ji, and Pinto Ji. The breakfast buffet at this place is simply great! There are a lot of options to choose from, and they also have direct from the kitchen menu available. The room was clean and had amenities like coffee/tea arrangements, mini fridge, TV, AC, etc. The hotel is at a convenient location and has a lot of food options nearby as well.

Ginger hotel continues to take photocopies of your PII documents like Adhaar card.You will very soon receive a fake call as the documents are leaked soon enough.Your guests wont be allowed to visit you , they also need to get ID card

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and wanted to give a special mention to Hemant for making the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Hemant was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.What stood out most was Hemant, Aman, Rana and Pintu professionalism and genuine care for the guests. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or just checking in to make sure everything was perfect, he handled everything with a smile and great efficiency.

From the moment we were seated, the dining staff made us feel welcome and valued. Their hospitality was a highlight of our stay, as was the delicious food. I was so impressed with the hospitality of the dining team especially Mr. Hemant and Mr. Aman . Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. I was very grateful that Mr. Hemant packed breakfast for my early morning check-out.

Overpriced for the room size. Booking.com told us that the same room was available at a much cheaper cost the very next day.

All the Staff are hardworking, some. of them (a male and female asstt. manager) are very efficient.Wifi connectivity is poor and frustrating.The attitude of the hotel management is not customer friendly. After paying room rent in advance (16.4.25 to17.4.25), i couldn't enter my room for an hour as the room key was not activated by the reception staff.Only after payment of other misc.charges like food bill etc. i could enter my room.Security guards are very good and helpful.

Definitely the attitude of the management should be more customer friendly. Wifi connectivity have to be improved a lot.Junior staff at reception should be more efficient.Room cleaning should be done in the morning.

The support at the front desk was excellent. Everyday they inquire about well-being, which I liked most. The staff at the breakfast table were excellent and well behaved. In fact they asked about the suitable taste and flavour before serving. Staff like Hemant Kumar, Amit and many others made me feel at home like environment.

I liked it very much. Maybe they should be more active to receive our phone enquiry while booking the hotel online.
