Everything. Worst Hotel ever in Paharganj, Delhi. I booked a room and when I reached there they req to wait for 5 min after that they shift me to there private room and said that 'please stay here for just 1 hour and after that they'll change to my room'. After 1 and half hour I went down to the reception and asked them that what is going on. They said there's no rooms available and it will take 2-3 hours more. Why they took the booking if theres no rooms.

The location of the hotel is good. This is situated in main Delhi and many tourist places are nearby. All types of vehicle can be found there. There are many hotels are also available nearby. But due to lockdown this time, a few hotels are providing rooms.

I had booked this hotel by bookiing.com. The charge of room was around 900 Rs per night when i had booked online. But when I reached the hotel, i became surprised because they asked me that due to covid19 they couldn't provide room. I requested him to give me room as i had booked room in ur hotel. After little arguement they provided me room but took extra charge for room. I had to pay Rs. 1500 per night instead of Rs. 900. I had much disappointed with the hotel manager who took extra money.

Very few things to like 1) The location (While the actual paharganj is a glorified slum), the location of this hotel is close to Metro station, CP etc and that makes the whole commute experience for a traveller good 2) One of the receptionists (Mr.Yadav) was particularly polite with me. Other than him, every one else didnt care much

Horrible horrible quality of the property. But, i will give it the lee way, this is a budget hotel, so gotto keep expectations low. But, still..read on1) Wall paint was peeling, the wooden doors needed polish...they were dying2) Floor dusty, floor mate dusty, cupboard undusted - peril3) This one takes the cake - i asked if there was laundry service. In came a room boy and took my clothes to get it pressed. He collected money from me. When he delivered the clothes back, when i asked for the balance (Rs.25), he said he cant give it and that it is his tip! Can you believe this. This actually happened. He was quite reluctant to return the money. Since it was not much for me, i let it be, but when i complained to the reception, they just laughed it off!! Next time, i gave the boy another set of clothes to get it washed and pressed and i gave him the exact change. When he came back he had the guts to ask me for "tips". But, ofcourse, i smiled and told him , 'dont worry i will pay your tips'. He got the message :P4) There is no (not even 0.1%) sound proofing. Everything that anyone speaks on teh corridor is audible to you. Including the rather annoying sound of the lift that announces loudly everytime someone lands on your floor. On one occassion one of the room boys was on a phone call on the corridor in my floor, howling and arguing with someone...and it was all too loud5) Hot water - So the hotel has fixd timings for hot water. And when the time arrives,, you have to waste two bucketfulls of cold water until the hot water graces your bucket. Cant imagine that kind of wastage of water in India. And yes, there were days the hot water never arrived and i had to make do with Cold water. Ugggh!6) Room cleaning - So i stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. The least they could do is atleast clean the floor daily and change the sheets atleast once in 2 days. No...i had to call them to send someone.

There are many small hotels near by and close to NDLS railway station and R.K metro station.

They are not providing hot water properly. They told hot water will available at 8 to 10 am and 6 to 7 pm only. In that time also I didn't get hot water properly. No heater available, Delhi will be cold during winters definitely they have to offer heater and hot water 24 hrs. I booked for 4 nights but I checked out in 2 days and I booked another hotel that was fabulous as his name Fabhotel divine inn.

My experience was good about this hotel. Neighbors area was busy but good for food and marketing.Hotel was good located near main market .Clean hotel in central Delhi.

Very nice Hotel with excellent amenities. Good discipline and professional staff. The rooms are clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

The stay was amazing and the service was very nice i would definitely recommend it to someone .the staff was polite and the rooms was spacious.

No food available, but many excellent restaurants close by, including early morning chai on the street outside. Good connection to Metro, in fact more central than Connaught Place, and more lively.

Payment by card not available, but after insisting, managed to pay through the hotel next door. Such last minute hassles not welcome. Internal noise, namely furniture being dragged across the floor above. (recommended felt pads on chair legs ). Finally a rather annoying tune from the elevator every time it is operational, audible throughout the building. To be fair, all complaints easily corrected. It's up to the management.
