Best part;location or the staff??? Both were amazing!! Sweet spot in quiet, safe, gated community right across from a green park. Friendly, accommodating, multi-lingual staff ready to fix you up with free yummy breakfast or help assemble your saree.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Namita and Hemant have done a GREAT job.

Very safe location

Since I visited it last year- quality of service has extremely improved, delicious breakfast, cleanliness and very helpful, professional staff. Last time I complained about breakfast, now cannot say one single bad word about the quality and quantity of the served dishes. And of course one thing remains unchanged- beautiful location in green and peaceful Sunder Nagar!! Will definitely come back soon!!

The room was decent with a comfortable bed. Location is good with secure place.

There is no hot water in the Toilet to take a bath. When I asked, the person told me that they do not use the Geyser in summer. Paying Rs . 5000 and not getting hot water in the toilet is surprising. This is the first hotel in my life that does not provide such basics. The Hotel does not allow outside food even in the room. You cannot order from Zomato, etc. The in-house restaurant food charges are more than those of a 5-star hotel. The restaurant was always empty, so I never ordered non-veg as it might be old. Every day, the same breakfast of Alu Paratha and Eggs. No variety.

Location is the main plus of this hotel, rooms are comfortable, but a bit dated, price off season is reasonable for central Delhi

This hotel is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and near the india gate.The room is clean, big and high ceiling. Staff is friendly and let us keep one room to later check out.

The breakfast is simple but good enough with fruit and ordered omelette. It can be improved.

Everything was great. Outstanding room, very clean and luxurious, very good food. Super friendly staff and welcoming service. Restaurant opened just for one dinner for us with two service people cooking and serving excellent food.Quiet location with garden view in secure neighborhood.

Some (low) rattling noise at night, perhaps from air conditioning nearby, unimportant and perhaps fixed by now.

Arranged a taxi at 5am with no hitch.A courier came to collect a parcel. They phoned me before handing it over. Very caring and most professional

The hotel felt very safe and we were made to feel welcome by all the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Drinking water was supplied in bottles. The hotel was in a semi-gated area and was quiet from a traffic point of view.

I had a feeling that when I turned off the lights at night that it turned off the socket that was charging my laptop. I'm not sure that the air-conditioning worked.

Property is good, but breakfast is horrible. It needs to be improved a lot.

Food is pathetic. Especially breakfast, everything is cold food. No live orders to be taken, we survived with bread butter and jam. Nothing else.

Party outside our room until late, then moving into the room next to ours until 3am shouting and playing music. 2 nights in a row Completely unacceptable. Manager tried but in the end did nothing to help. Very very poor. Will never return.

Very good location, quiet near a park and short tuk-tuk ride to Khan Market

Breakfast, slow service, reduced choice

Hotel is located in a gated community/part of Delhi and had 24h security staff, therefore it felt very safe. The room was very comfy, spacious and clean. We enjoyed staying here.

Breakfast is okay, but do not expect too much.

Facilities were nice, modern and clean,

Restaurant, they didn't have food listed on the menu. Finally when we foud some food they were able to prepare portions were so small, we were hungry after the dinner. There is no opportunity for meals nearby.Staff could hardly understand english.

This hotel is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in a gated community. There are nice parks nearby and cute cafes within the gated community. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

We arrived around 10:30pm via airport taxi and the gates were closed. Luckily we found a door unlocked that we could walk through, but there was nothing in the check in instructions about how to get through this gate when it’s closed. During the day, the gate remains open so we didn’t have issues the rest of the trip. The other thing that was unsatisfactory was there was no food or even masala tea left at breakfast at 9:40am. It doesn’t seem like they replace it as it’s used, so go early for breakfast.

I was reluctant to book at La Sagrita given some reviews about the staff being unfriendly. I really do not regret my stay there! From the very minute we arrived the service was spot on! All staff members were really helpful caring, and made sure we were having a good stay! I wholeheartedly recommend staying there!
