Pullman New Delhi Aerocity

The best part is as its vey close to Airport and has a place just outside the hotel with many good restaurants and food court,The staff is very good, Breakfast is brilliant with a lot of options for everyone and specially for vegetarian which i am not. The rooms and very comfortable as i stayed 2 nights and it was just best

No there is nothing which I didn’t like but i want to let the management know if you can upgrade the level of your staff at breakfast as i felt it was much under professional That the only meal i had at hotel but seriously i didnt like the staff it was under professional And one more suggestion please make a smoking zone inside the hotel somewhere which is more easy to access As i had to come down to lobby and the had to go outside of hotel main entrance It was a pain

Nice property, well stocked bar. Was quite crowded when I checked in due to a conference - but otherwise quite good.

Only thing I did not like was that the rooms could have been better lit.

Charge for airport shuttle

Room was quiet and comfortable. Very close to the airport.

I might have been lucky, I was upgraded magically on checking in. The room, the facilities, and the hotel itself was really good. I had read so many horror stories about hotels in Delhi that I opted for what I consider to have been an expensive choice. That said, I felt it was reasonable value and there's no way you'd get a hotel of this quality for that price in Europe. It is in the Aerocity, where the big airport hotels are. It took about 10-15 mins in a taxi.

I checked in after midnight. I wanted nothing more than to get to bed. There was only one person in front of me, but it took some time to check-in (about 15mins). I will say however that as soon as people started joining the queue behind me, some extra staff jumped into action.

We initially. had some issues in our room, AC not working however Sonal Dogra was amazing. She changed our room and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.She checked in on us during our 3 day stay to make sure we were comfortable.We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Food was amazing.Overall a wonderful stay.

The only complaint was a communication with front desk not responding to our needs.Sonal again made sure she followed up with our concerns.

Grand ambience with well behaved staff. Interior is unmatched. Restaurant, Gym, spa, saloon & swimming pool are world class. Hotel facilitates the international standards. Room was full of world class amenities.

Room Television is so complicated to operate & there is not any guide line mention into the room to operate TV smoothly.

Breakfast is very nice a lot of choice for foreigner and taste is good.

Breakfast was good and rest all was not a good experience.

Staff coordination and follow up was very poor and the team was not courteous enough to respond to call on 0 as well. Hotel Reims were clean but corridors are very old and rusty. Not the hospitality we expect out of Accor group hotel.

This hotel is not worth the price tag. The room was sizeable, but smelt of damp. I asked to be moved to another room, which the manager accommodated after some waiting, but the service wasn't as it should be for the supposed standard and higher price tag of this hotel. The food was awful, expensive, and the service was very slow.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was large and bathroom was spacious. Cafe on site was great. Airport transport was good. Late checkout was accommodated.

Non smoking room stank of cigarettes. Issues with room keys as deactivated at midday even though we had arranged late checkout. When this was resolved power did not work, when power was resolved room key did not work again. 4 trips down to front desk, was given a sorry gift at the end for the inconvenience.

Loved an overall interior design and spaciousness and breakfast was rich with many options to choose from.

Price was too high for an overnight stay.

The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast spread was amazing. The check in and out was smooth.

Lots of mosquitoes. HK also requires improvement. There were cuts in the wire of the hair dryer. I received an email about do not disturb request from my end when there were no such requests from my end.

Not much. It was close enough to the airport - which made them not being able to organise our airport pick-up even more annoying.

Most of the stay. Disorganised and not value for money. From the shambles that was meant to be our airport pickup, to the disaster that trying to find an item someone left for us at the front desk, to there not being enough seats for their guests at breakfast, this was an overpriced but mildly convenient hotel.
