It’s mentioned check in time 12am March 8th but when we went at 4:00am they said we can only check in at 12pmAnd we were just struggling to get another room at that time with my parents who are aged..And till 5 am with our luggage’s we roamed in that area looking for a different roomIf the check in is at 12 pm then it must mentioned in the appVery bad experience

Just an outdated room with 4 wall & fan + Attachecd rest room

Except for the location of the hotel, it remains everything not likable

They first forced me to pay an advance amount so my confirmation can be confirmed on their part , when we reached there and saw the room it was all dirty there own peon was using it , there was no water in the toilet.Then we asked for a refund of the advance amount paid but they didn't .

THERE STAFF IS SOO RUDE AND FIRST TOLD THAT NO NEED TO PAY GST BUT WHEN WE ARE CHECKOUT HOTEL THEN THE STAFF TELL THAT NEED MORE MONEY TO PAY GST . SOO THINK THE HOTEL STAFF ARE VERY BAD AND CHEATER. NOT RECOMMENDED OTHER

While the amenities and location were top-notch, I was appalled by the behavior of the staff towards the guests.From the front desk to the housekeeping, the staff seemed to have forgotten the basic principles of hospitality. The lack of professionalism and rudeness towards guests was truly disheartening. As someone who values customer service, I was disappointed to see such behavior from a reputable establishment.

I strongly believe that the success of any hotel lies in the hands of its staff. It is the warmth and hospitality of the staff that leaves a lasting impression on the guests. Unfortunately, in this case, the experience was tarnished due to the unprofessionalism of the staff.As a frequent traveler, I understand that the hospitality industry can be demanding, but that should never be an excuse for rude behavior towards guests. I hope the management takes note of this and takes necessary measures to improve the overall guest experience.In the meantime, I urge my fellow travelers to be cautious when considering this particular hotel for their stay. Room hygiene, poor internet, no slippers in the room, old and used bed sheets and pillow cover. BED Bugs in the beds.

NOTHING..IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ? ? We wasted our time n money.

They did not provide us any breakfast..the Internet was slow..the room wasn't good as expected..washroom was in very bad condition..the room had very foul smell..staff were asking extra money for nothing..we came from Nepal and I would never recommend that hotel to anyone ever again...plz remove that hotel from online portal to keep other customers safe from being scammed. THANKS .IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE IN THAT FILTHY HOTEL.

“My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The bedsheet was filthy, and the overall cleanliness was appalling – the washroom was dirty and lacked hot water. To add to the inconvenience, none of the lifts were functioning during my visit, and I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, making it incredibly difficult to access. Despite notifying the staff about these issues, there was no proper response or assistance provided, especially with luggage. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, and based on this, I strongly advise against booking this hotel to spare others from such a dreadful stay.”
