JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity

The hotel was conveniently located and included dinner and breakfast in the cost of the room. The rooms were clean and well situated with all needed amenities. The staff were courteous and attentive. All around great experience.

All though Covid has made the hotel experience very depressing, Marriott stills uplifts your spirits. Loved the stay. The staff took care of everything. The room was properly sanitized and very clean.

Our room was perfect. Lovely linens. Perfect pillows. Nicest bathroom. Lobby smells amazing

Security measures somewhat unsettling

Everything was great. Food was very good and the staff was kind and helpful especially Rajesh. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Proximity to the airport. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful.

From a modern perspective, the room interiors are the definition of "Luxury" in the 90s. I think a bit of an upgrade to the rooms is called for.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. The room was very large, and the hotel had lots of amenities. Jyoti was a really great and friendly waitress at the buffet and gave me milk and ice cream when I accidentally ate too many green chili peppers. Also, Shagun was very helpful and friendly when she checked me out at the front desk.

The ambience , staff and the amenities along with the cleanliness. Especially kiranjot and payal were very helpful.

Breakfast was good! We really enjoyed.

Staff are not well trained and a lot of coordination problems. For a simple thing I had to call three people for the same job. It was not cleaned properly.

The breakfast buffet was brilliant! So delicious!The staff are all so friendly, warm and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Priyanka at reception was especially helpful and delightful to deal with.

This hotel use to be very nice it was my 5th or 6th stay in this property but I was so so so disappointed this time it was not worth the price I paid. Right from check in to checkout it was a horrible experience.

Out check in took more than 20 minutes still I don’t mind because the staff was courteous and nice they gave us rooms next to each other I was really happy with that consideration I had my kids in the other room. We had travelled from outside india so we wanted to shower and change after long journey It took them 45 minutes to bring the luggage to our room soon after we realized that the AC of kids room is not working. A 5* hotel JW Marriott has no protocol of checking the basic amenities of the rooms before allotting the room to guests. After 10 calls someone was sent to check the AC and we were told that there is a technical issue in the AC and it will take them few hours to fix it or they can move the kids to another room on another floor. Over all a pathetic experience I had to make my 8 year old sleep with me in my room because he was not comfortable sleeping in a room so far away from his parents room even after booking 2 rooms we slept uncomfortably

Vey convenient locatio at Aerocity, comfortable rooms, excellenet staff, quick processes at front desk, good amentities and service. breakfast is excellent

A la carte Food options for solo traveller wanting to eat some healthy fod is very limited. Also, it was very surprising that you didnt have oat milk. All the good hotels I have stayed in India have oat milk available these days

The rooms, lobby, and club room are great.

There are pigeons everywhere that poop on the window sills and in the pool where it is toxic and unhealthy. Please put up spikes on the ledges to keep them out of the hotel property!

Pricy

In general terms it was all good; comfortable bed, nice room, and the service and attention of the staff was as expected.

The only thing that I could claim about, is that upon my arrival, I could not check in as the staff told me that their system was down... Then they told me to wait, and offered me a beverage which they never brought, and kept me waiting for more than 40 minutes, until I got up again to ask if the situation was solved... till then, I could check in, but it was until I asked for it again, since none of the staff had the courtesy to tell me that I could check in.

Beds were comfy, staff was very polite and super helpful and bathroom toileteries were top notch as well as bathing experience which was superb.

Breakfast buffet- although extensive, lacked quality. Fruit options were basic, it was just very generic and lots of it. Make it less, but make it of higher quality. Rooms are a bit dated now.

Best stay ever, the service I received was more than VIP , it was exceptional, I was greeted with bouquet of roses , a cake, and hand written card to welcome me to India. The whole team from the entrance guards to the house keeping and the reception staff were attentive and made sure my stay was out of this world. Extremely clean and house keeping available around the clock to make sure that the room get refreshed at any time. The breakfast buffet was massive with choices and flavours from all over the world. The spa , swimming pool and the hair Salon were great as well.

Rooms need renovationMain restaurant needs good ventilation system, smell of food gets stuck on clothes specially after a breakfast that is followed by a meeting.

Exceptional good service, helped us in every way, with utmost professionalism and friendliness. From reception to porters to concierge, restaurant and all staff, simply one of the best service-centred hotels we have been at. The facilities were fantastic!

The JW Marriott hotel in Aero City is a beautiful, grand space. We were greeted by lovely uniformed staff and concierge who tended to our every need. I’d like to specifically mention Kriti, who gave us her personal number and she assisted us with any request we had. She offered us special rates on dinner, which unfortunately, we did not have time to take advantage of. She gave us a gift each day we were there, including flowers and chocolates. We felt very pampered and spoiled by her. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in and I highly recommend staying there if you have the chance.
