Hotel Castle Blue New Delhi near IGI Airport

Close to airport and close to metro station (to get to airport - one stop).

The room was rather "tired". I also found it strange that the blanked did not have cover so I would presume several people had already slept with that blanket. I folded the bed sheet so that it would be both below and above me. There are many hotels in the neighborhood so I would suggest looking around. I left before breakfast so I can't comment on that.

- The booking.com shows incorrect map location- dirty rooms! Do not believe the photos provided. The rooms looks like nobody clean them for years- noise from the street. Very busy road just in 30-50 meters- A/c only cool mode- mosquitos in the room. - dirty bathroom - mold on the walls. They try to wash it but definitely failed

What a disaster it is. No heater, very bad looking room, worst toilet which did not even have hose to the wash basin. Never ever recommended. What a scam this was still cannot believe how different it is than whats shown in the website.

Best property in Mahipalpur

Passable for a night, if traveling alone

The balcony which was promised was so hidden i was not able to find it.

Nothing. Stay was horrible

It was horrible, the rooms are not like you see in the pictures. Room and toilets are filthy. Bedsheets and towels are not clean. Service is pathetic. It's not like the pictures shown on booking.com fake advertisement.

It was really good experience. Rooms were clean and the staff there was really polite. Receptionist was really helpful.food was good too and they helped us with whatever we needed. Packed breakfast was provided too as we checked out early in the morning

Very helpful staff

Great location for a one night stay before flying out early from Dehli airport. Only 10 min taxi ride.Friendly, helpful staff. Very good room service food from the in house restaurant. I didn't want to have to go looking for my evening meal so this was important to me to eat good food inhouse. Large room, well equipped. A bit tired, shower extension didn't work so had to use the bucket and scoop - but reflected the price. Main thing is that it was clean and reasonably quiet re traffic noise as my window overlooked a little side alley. The hotel is a little way down a side street so noise from the main road does not disturb. Hotel cannot be responsible for other guests talking loudly in the corridor late at night. As a solo female traveller, I felt reasonably safe.

I arrived at 7pm VERY tired from all day travel. I paid cash for the room and for a taxi at 3.45am the next morning to take me to the airport. I should have automatically been given a receipt but I wasn't given one and I was so tired I forgot to ask. The manager said he would order the taxi and I would get a wake up call at 3.30am. Brilliant. But I did not get a wake up call. (My own alarm was set as well but an extra alarm is always good). The taxi was not ordered and the night staff had no record that I had paid for the taxi. Fortunately they did have a record that I had paid for the room. I had to insist that I had paid for the taxi and they did agree not to charge in the end. Fortunately I did not have to wait long for the taxi. I would have given a higher score if not for this issue.

Other than the staff. Nothing about the hotel was appealing. Rooms were not clean. Toilet eminities were not there. Dirty towels. No toiletries. Breakfast as stated in menu was not provided as shown. Food was only boiled eggs and bread. As much as the price of rooms were. They were not up to standard. We were about to be charged for breakfast when it was included in the room rates till we double checked. Not a good hotel to stay. 1 star or less.
