I stayed for 16 days whilst having dental work done. I had done a lot of homework about Delhi before leaving, so I knew not to expect accommodation to be the same as Western accommodation. So, yes, the buildings and maintenance are not the same as back home, the room was clean, tidy and a good size. After 1 day I started to get to know the staff more, I found them to be so helpful, especially my floor manager, Santosh he was amazing, he really looked after me whilst I was there. The other person that really helped me so much was the restaurant manager. Every day I would go down for breakfast, (Yes, a more Indian style breakfast) The manager would accommodate me with foods that I was able to eat due to having no teeth at times whilst the dental work was being done. So a great shout out to all the rest of the staff also. Thank you.

Family friendly hotel. Big clean rooms and the nicest staff you can ever get. Big beds and great ambiance.

I had a really nice stay at The Grand Orion. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were super helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was great—easy to get around but still peaceful. I also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely come back!

Clean rooms friendly staff

Restaurant not that great

Location in Kailash colony was pleasant one and we felt safe, close to grocery, eye clinic and H Nizamuddin train station. Staff were very helpful who helped us to carry luggages, finding taxis and storing our luggages in the hotel while we were away.

Bathroom was rather run down and may need some renovation.

The staff where realy good and helpful especialy the house keeping staff

I did not like the fact that the TV and the Airconditioning did not work, the rooms need a bit more work done to them

Response was Good.

BF only limited option. Very cosy restaurant & food was average. Can be better.

It was ok and served it's purpose but I wouldn't go back. Initial check in was a drama where the reception staff tried to screw me on the rate however once I spoke to the Manager, it was sorted - he was a good guy. The cleaners & floor staff were also friendly & obliging

- The restaurant. Bland & boring- The language barrier. It was impossible ordering room service. I ended up have to go to them & show them what I wanted from the menu

Hotel is located in a central area. Major markets located nearby and accessible by metro. Room was okay. For a room of three, they gave us a an additional bed which was comfy. One of the boys from cleaning staff, I forgot his name, was very helpful. Breakfast was Indian, with Poha, Chole, and all. For one night, I can say it was a nice stay. Highly recommend.

One of the best hotels in this area, the food is so good. We loved the ambience as well also. Definitely recommendedSpacious rooms, hot water around the clock. There are all amenities: towels, hygiene items, blankets, TV.

The staff was very friendly. They did their best!

Very different from the pictures. The toilet seat was broken and there is no “city view” Plus the hotel crm system is very spamy.
