Location.

The room heater was not working.... washroom needed to be clean ....I sent repeated reminders....no response.My Pp Murthy the GM when I spoke to him ...his attitude was arrogant. Mr Nadeem still tried his best to make the service better.

Good location. Have stayed here in the past as well.

In-room food took over an hour to be delivered! It was fresh and tasty, but the wait killed us! Same with hair dryer (which never came).

Good and clean room. Decent sized bathroom. Room has a sofa too which is comfortable. Room is not too big but adequate.

In freezing winter hot water was not available in the bathroom for a bath. Most of the hotels the breakfast buffet starts at 7 am. Here it starts at 7:30 am. I had to leave before 7:30 am and therefore couldn't take the breakfast even though I paid extra for it! The breakfast timings should be mentioned on the website or booking site. It will help people to decide whether to have complementary breakfast or not. It is not about the money. But more about how much the hotel values the comfort of the guests.

New rooms look good and the house boys are good as well along with the people at reception. My room had some minor issues but they were able to change my room without a fuss.

No hot water despite leaving the hot water tap on for more than ten min.The breakfast spread was good but it is in a party hall and all the tables were dirty.The staff person at breakfast was more busy in his phone and drinking tea than bothering with me.Breakfast felt like I'm upsetting him by being there and he has extra work.

the room had no curtains. everything was visible from the balcony side. food was pathetic. Limited options in breakfast

Pathetic staff. Room looks good but virtually no maintenance. Bathroom will get -10. Staff -20. I will never come back or recommend any one. Breakfast is also pathetic served in a godown like dining.

Toilet of room should be maintain. It was slippery much need to think about it. Other all is good

Next rooms are under construction. They are drilling walls. It was extremely noisy in daytime. Maybe I was unlucky.

They should not give their rooms under such conditions.

Over expensive and no maintenance

Room wasn't clean, bedding was so untidy, spiderweb are there in whole room as if the room was not in use at all, ceiling was leaking (may be some AC problem).Over expensive rooms, i don't know why i was charged 2600 INR for such small and no so clean room that too excluding room service.

Nothing one of the waste hotel one you book they will give another's no floor clean dirty wash room waste of money

No maintenance atlease they didn't provided towels and dental kit , 2800 rs I booked for one night but waste of money

It's in prime location and the staff is well mannered and there is someone always a cal away.

When I was there the lift is in repair and my room is on 4th floor except that everything else is perfectly fine.

Rooms dont have balcony/windows. Lack of fresh air and natural light.

The hotel is not very professional. I arrived at 2 am in the morning of 18th Dec 21, despite having a valid booking and intimation, the property charged me gor the 17th as well, which was illegal and totally wrong. Before check in the staff appears to be courteous thereafter their temperament is totally different. Being with spouse, it was a very bitter experience and booking.com ought not list this property. Third class experience.

Everything could have been better from the food to the quality of the rooms. Bathroom is dilapidated without hot water.

I don’t know why they charge extra money for 2 person staying in one room which is already double bed..single occupancy and double occupancy option I didn’t like ..i was chrged 2000 per night for 2 person which is definitely not worth it for delhi..

Room are so cozy and smell was there , no window pathetic bed .

Only location but no parking provided by hotel we have to park our car on the road on our risk.

Location wise Ok for short trip, They need full revamp of the property. Except for the staffs, property need to match today's standards

Property is not a 3 star its comparable to as 2 star.
