Proximity, cleanliness, very professional staff members, comfort in the property, and good breakfast ? to write few.I was also Invited to attend the Lohri festival celebrations with the staff members and General Manager, which shows that the overall culture of togetherness and belongings.

The room size. Have visited 15-20 times and the value for money always surprises

Last 6-7 times the quality of housekeeping is going down. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms specifically is bad. Wallpaper are torn, soda covers torn dirty chairs and sofa.

Housekeeping works on their own whims and fancies.. call them 5 times just to get a towel

Silent. Restaurant food was decent.

The hotel management was very friendly. The hotel was neat and clean.

I visited in winters so I know there should be heaters but the room was boiling it was so hot. And was not able to control heater temperature

Rooms were good, the hotel was more forceful on giving perks if we booked with them directly

Staff is horrible , lack of basic courtesy, non responsive.l

Overall attitude of the staff was very positive. They were always eager to help, and at times went out of their way to make our stay a more pleasant one.There was one person in particular - NITIN SHARMA - at reception/front desk, who was exceptional. I had situations with my overseas colleagues from Japan, which he accommodated in a seamless manner. Hope the management recognizes such exceptional talents.

1) Entrance to the property is a bit "indistinct".2) If the lobby area could be expanded a little, then this property should get a better image.

Toilet is not good. After bath Water spreads everywhere. I complained to reception 2 times.

Breakfast options were too less. Taste was also not up to the mark.

I have stayed in suite room and it was spacious and clean

Unfortunately I can't enjoy the breakfast at all.

The staff is really good. Arun, Anurag, Vaishali Heeralal Pool staff. They all were really helpful.

Only parking

Everything bed pathetic it's not bed it is a bunch of springs below the sheet, no one can sleep in it. Forget two people sleeping in it. The staff is not at all accommodating they have stopped answering phone calls after 10.30 pm. People come to a hotel for comfort but this experience has been pathetic. Thanks for spoiling the day for us.

*Dirty water in swimming pool*Wife step fell down in swimming pool due to drain of plastic breakdown.*Electric current spark on switching the side lamp power in Suit room drawing room(Experienced by son of 3 yrs.*Buffet in dinner not available and dinner menu was fixed and limited whereas I booked for breakfast and dinner.

Location, room sizes etc

They say kitchenette in facilities but not even a single cooking facility provided. They should provide pans and cutlery and these were NOT provided even when we asked.

Wrong address on booking.com

The address of the property mentioned on booking.com is incorrect.The PIN Code is wrong too.We choose these property based on address as it showed the workplace was near to this address.Later we found that address is wrong and our workplace was quite far.

Loved the hospitality, the staff was particularly helpful - everywhere including chefs, housekeeping and reception staff. Vishnu at reception and Jaiprakash in the kitchen were brilliant in their service.

Breakfast was quite basic, and can certainly be improved.Also, watch out for the high prices around conferences.
