would never book this hotel again

our room had mice n cockroaches the bathroom was not properly cleaned. A rodent feces were all around the normal and on bed aswell it smelled horrible inside.

ANY CAR IS Not reachable to this hotel. Tuk Tuk can go upto the narrow road leading to this hotel. First day spacious room ( it may be a family room) . Second day small room which is compact. They charged 12.5% as GST Additional to shown price in booking .com. No bills issued.

Worst decision taken to book a room through Booking.com

When I reached, they first offered a room not up to the mark of my booking. When I enquired, they told me to wait for 15-30 minutes for another room as that room was vacated just after I reached the hotel and they took time for changing of bed linens and cleaning of the room along with attached toilet & bathroom. The cleanliness was not up to the mark as done in a hurry and there was no sanitization of the toilet seat. The hotel offered only 01 queen sized bed with bed linens however there was another adjustable bed kept at the other end without bed linens. It was very difficult to adjust 02 persons in that 01 queen size bed however my booking was for 02 queen size beds. The room had no minibar and electric kettle as shown to me while booking, otherwise I might not have booked that room. The hotel has no restaurant of its own as shown to me while booking. The landline phone provided in the room was not working and it was difficult to order for room service every time. The room service was very pathetic. The hotel agreed to serve a complimentary breakfast at 07:30 AM for both days of my stay through reply message. After repeated asking, they served the breakfast after 09:00 AM on the 1st day of stay and that was only 2 Pics of Allu Paratha without any other food item per person. They were unable to serve breakfast on the day of check-out up to 07:45 AM. The room had not even a single chair to sit in and do any official works or to take breakfast/lunch/dinner. It was not at all a pleasant stay. I made a mistake and I won't repeat that in future.

I came 1week 1st time, 2weeks second time. Pleasant stay, staff and front desk always ready to help. Included breakfast was good. Location was fine, a variety of restaurants and food market can suit to any request and any budget. To visit old Delhi, this is the right place. To visit different spots, you have to take different transports, but you are very close to Delhi Railway Station and metro which let you reach easily lots of locations.

I liked my stay there, only minus was the view from my room. But frankly, this is not a big deal if you plan to make visits and/or if you work.
