This hotel should not meet 3 star but I would give one star . The pictures do not match what the actual rooms look like. Dirty beds and unsanitary bathroom were the highlight of my visit. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers .

The room and the bed were good.The staff was very nice. We did not have any particular issue.

WiFi is not stable

Location is good, rooms and cozy and quiet and you get what you pay for.

Asked for water 4 times. Went to the reception all 4 times and everytime I was told that I'll receive my water directly to my room. I first asked in the afternoon, finally got it at 2am (outside drinks not allowed so I had to wait thirsty for literally half a day). After extending my stay for 2 extra days I was told that the price per night was going to increase suddenly. I obviously wasn't happy with that as I got a lower rate for all the other nights and I was invited to leave via WhatsApp. The manager or whoever handles that part was quite rude. This place is known in the surrounding areas to be handled by such people. Do not recommend staying here. It's not hard to be kind to others, specially paying customers.

Their reception area is very nice

Everything except the reception area!Room was not clean!Bedsheet was dirty, very much unhygienic!Metres was damaged! Loose and Sharp metallic things hurt my back!But the most disappointment was the TV connection!At least ten times I reported that the TV is disconnected & only three times they sent people to fix it TV connection but every time they pretended calling someone else to recharge/top up And left the room saying TV connection will be restored in a moment But it never happened

Shower was not workingThen they changed my room where AC was not workingThey again changed the room which was literally smellingLiterally felt cheatedEven when I just have to take a shower and left for workcame back at 11pm to spend a night as my flight was at 7am which means I left the property at 4am

everybody be cautious about this hotel!i booked the room in advance, so we came to the hotel directly from the airport. what happened when we came is shocking... even though our booking was there they said the hotel "do not work today due to owner`s personal delals." they said owner`s brother died so they are closed today. i know it`s maybe some indian traditions and religious customs, but if you own a business which works with people from all over the world, especially people who travel from far to visit your country and xtremely tired after a frlight and heat outside please be wise enough to follow international code of professionalism!!! i wasn`t expecting this craziness at all, all i dreamed of was taking shower and a nap... so they did`nt accomodate us, no one came to us to say sorry, not even a single manager, there were only to girls on reception who seemed didn`t understand wht the problem was... I AM STILL VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS PROPERTY. i do not advice anybody to book it.

very dirty in the roomThe bed is dirty, gray, there are no towels and bath accessories. The room is terrible. They promised to relocate, but they did not relocate. I had to sleep in this room with my wife and children. This is the worst hotel in my entire lifeWi-Fi is not working.

Bedsheets are not cleaned at all not even pillow covers also bed is not comfortable at all n no landline in a room to call at reception not providing chilled water no breakfast facility available if any one want to go early they provide after 11.30 n staff is not responding properly I don't suggest this property too other at all

Everything was great about the property however ac was not working, which is the only thing we did not like. Has to sleep with fan only and it was very hot. But staff,food, location, is good?

The ac was not working special at the night. Had to slept with fan only. It was hot but we do not have any option so we compromise.

bath room is dirty. first they provide me a dusty room with sigrate buts and all then they changed to a new room that is also not good for stay
