Clean, easy to check in and out. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The rooms are extremely noisy. Even with ear plugs you can hear the noise and horns from the street.

Only one staff member who was actually courteous.

Wifi didn't work. Phone coverage is poor inside the room. Old rooms. Bathroom needs a makeover. Poor tap water quality.

Their day use room scam. Their unhelpful staff. Their refusal to refund my money,even though they refused to give me a full days room.

Considering the money we are paying, WiFi speed could have been better.

Overall experience was okayish. Food is good, but too many restrictions with the timings. After 10:30 PM, the kitchen is entirely closed. I have asked for a bill during every room dining but haven't received any due to the printer not working. The housekeeping staff was very good but the food services are not up to the mark.

Very unprofessional staff. Room allotment was delayed by approximately 20 minutes later came to know hotel was overbooked. Many people were at the reception with the same issue.
