Beautiful gardens

I arrived at 7:30am, check in was at 3pm, so i was happy to pay for early check in. Although most hotels, if there is availability, usually give complimentary early check in. But Roseate charged for the whole day, not even just the extra hours or half a day. I checked out at 4am, so do i get a refund on the extra hours that was not spent! Ridiculous policy to charge guests such exorbitant price for just early check in. This is how you don’t get repeat customers even though a beautiful property.

I had recommend this place to my Parents for their anniversary but they were quite disappointed with the overall experie

The rooms were quite run-down and the quality of the breakfast wasn’t good either. Didn’t particularly enjoy the stay.

The food, lake room, every the vibes ?

Sometime feel unattended at the resort restaurent.

The unique design of the hotel. The access to the pool/lake from the room. The greenery and water-bodies at the property. The room size. The music at the dinner at the Kiyan. The breakfast at the Kiyan. The staff.

A bit on the costlier side.

Could not walk bare foot in the room too much dust

The modern architecture.

Very poorly maintained. Fixtures are old cracked rusted. What small carpeting is there is soiled and unkept.

Garden area is nice, breakfast at Kiyan terrace good with very polite staffA disturbing vibrant noise was solved quickly by two technicians.

Due to the off-side location of the hotel it was a bit more difficult to get Uber taxi. Reception manager Mr. Amid offered either a hotel car for INR 6.000 plus taxes for a 20min drop to Merauli (ridiculous high) or being left to your own to arrange something else. Have rarely seen such an uncooperative men in Indian hotels. Mr. Rishabh sensed the situation and was very helpful to arrange the taxi and reconfirmed the booking with the taxi driver by phone.The Chinese restaurant was blocked for wedding venues in 2 out of 3 evenings. This reduces the use for hotel guests and causes significant more loudness on the floors. The hotel has significant signs of ageing in the rooms. We were curious from what we saw on the internet, but probably would not come again.

Rooms, location, cleanliness, check in , check out

Restaurant staffs need more training in customer service. Had to wait long, was ignored by the staffs. Restaurant was busy but then ignoring a guest is completely unacceptable.

Spa experience at Aheli

Mosquitoes in our room. we decided to stay overnight as we didn't want to be tired before our spa experience next day noon. The mosquitoes however didn't let us sleep a wink. The hotel either needs to find a way to keep the rooms mosquito-free or provide mosquito nets. One doesn't like to spend 32k killing mosquitoes through the night.

Design, Breakfast, Professionalism, outside are

Very modern, stylish and quiet place close to Delhi airport

The restaurant and bar menu show a good selection of drinks, etc., however there is only a minimum choice available (e.g. only one beer, almost no red wine, …).Hard to believe, that a 5* Hotel is not able to guarantee sufficient stock/supply in one of the world‘s biggest capitals.

Breakfast was excellent

mini bar was hot to touch , was not clear with booking room , charged for room but charged extra when I arrived as alone traveller

Dinner outdoors was Gorgous , food taste and staff attendance was excellent .

I was expecting a wider variety of continental breakfast items .

Unforgettable stay, the architecture was impressive, staff were excellent, they took great care of us, the place was clean and comfortable . Breakfast options were another level

The breakfast was not upto the standard. The food was kept outside and we had to go out in the cold again and again to get it. Dosa order took more than 30 minutes to come.

Landscaping and architecture of the hotel is amazing. Feels like an oasis in the city.

The service is horrible for a five star - the staff will keep looking at you struggle with bags and a baby without even volunteering to help. The property is great to look at but is not pram or wheelchair friendly. The room heating does not work and we were freezing through the night. The food prices are exorbitant. The portion size and taste is good but really not worth the price. Also, the check in time is later by an hour compared to other luxury hotels and the check out time in an hour earlier! That didn’t matter to us because we checked out even earlier because of the cold room

All good in general but dishes are huge and double the price of other hotels. like sandwiches etc are in huge quantity and can be half the volume and also half the prices for better diversity.

Your ACs are too much and makes people sick the incense is too much and also the pool needs to be more clean and more friendly, the gym is very small , sauna and spa are also smaller and not organized very well.

Rooms were spacious and well maintained.Food taste was good

Service at the Kiyan restaurant for dinner is very slow. Spa experience can be significantly improved in terms of room ambience including visual and sounds. Massage was good though.When we opened the tap in the bathtub, brown mud water started coming, which was disappointing.

Water bodies

Only one restaurant is available to guests . Rest booked for weddings , private functions etc . Hotel should warn and inform guests before hand .
