It was a nice and comfortable stay staff was very polite , cooperative and courteous .The best part is they served me the dinner at midnight.Food quality is good..

Staff, service, cleanliness

The rooms were spacious and good.

The location. The location is bad. Also after paying so much, there is no proper tv connection. We only can play youtube.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pictures on their website were deceiving. The lobby was bare and the furniture pieces were worn out. In addition, the room I was given first was very dirty. The floor was not mopped and there was a big strand of hair stuck on the inside of the comforter cover when I opened it to check the cleanliness of the bedding. When I told them about it, they gave me another room which was a smoking room. I wasn’t made aware of it since they had the fans on full blast but when I settled into it with the fans off, the room smelled cigarette, even the sheets did. Moreover, the furniture pieces inside my room are also worn out and unclean. What really got me was the noise from outside. The honking, the dance music, and loud talking was constant and didn’t die off until after 1am. I couldn’t sleep because of it. All in all, it definitely doesn’t meet the “3 star” standards and the locals I talked to said that I was over charged for this kind of hotel.

Staff were friendly.

The property didn't meet expectations - the rooms were shabby and our sheets were damp. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom - which should never be the case. The breakfast was average. The windows weren't fully sealed so it was especially noisy.The location also was misleading and not great. It was definitely not 4 stars, and the biggest concern is that the reviews do not reflect the reality - which is what led to disappointment.

The hotel's location was very close to metro and good restaurants. The staffs were very helpful and cordial, specially Mr Siraj Alam was very friendly and always ready to help us. The fact that he speaks Bangla, was an added bonus. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

Your site indicates free airport pickup by this hotel. That's not true - they charged me 900 rupees. I had to ask for hot water, but only realized that after the third day. They charged me for large bottles of water that they had given me and i assumed were free, because they didn't tell me they were charging me for them (small bottles of water were free).

We had a great experience during our stay! The receptionist, Haseeb, was extremely helpful and friendly. As it was our first time in India, he gave us some really valuable advice on what to be aware of while traveling, which made us feel much more comfortable and prepared.The tour manager also gave us excellent tips — especially about buying train tickets. He warned us that some people at the station might say the ticket office is closed because it’s Sunday, but assured us that this isn’t true and the office is open. Sure enough, exactly what he said happened, and thanks to his advice, we didn’t fall for the misinformation and got our tickets without any trouble.

5 stars! What can I say? The property has all the necessary comforts, the location is excellent, the staff is extremely kind and friendly. Furthermore, if you want to visit Delhi or any other destination in the country, the staff can easily book and arrange everything for you.
