Staff tried but they didn't speak English and it was a job to get them to understand our questions about navigating the Indian system during our first days.

Honestly, this hotel shouldn't be advertised here. The area is not at all for foreigners. It's grimy and the stench on the street is shocking. I've stayed in some rough areas of various countries but this was on another level. The room and the facilities were fair but my gosh the area is filthy.

One word shocking

Everything, the place was a filth pit, I sent messages to booking.com customer services twice about this hotel and didn’t get a response, the place was disgustingly filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months, I checked out after the first night, can’t believe booking.com rate this hotel so highly, it’s a disgrace, I have photos of just how bad it was (more than posted on this review)

Good location, Coperative staff and good service

We've had a pleasant stay. Hotel personal was very nice and we could leave our baggage for a whole day before flying away next day... Many thanks !

Great location, super close to Chandni Chowk and Red Fort. Good facilities for the price. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

Misleading reviews and pictures

Very run down, broken and dirty. Stained bed linen that had not been changed from previous guests. A broken door that could not be closed securely. Window that did not close over very noisy street. So dirty we could not stay, so found alternative clean hotel in quiet street nearby. Do not trust previous ratings by "guides" / friends of hotel.

It is a very good hotel. Very good care has been taken of cleanliness. The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is also very good. The location is also very good for visiting, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I liked staying in this hotel very much.

I had a great experience in this property i stayed here for a one days and the ambiance was amazing and the service was very excellent... also the staff are very nice and friendly ambiance good view from the room... really appreciate there services and the food was amazing so delicious good to choose this hotel really want to visit this property again....
