All are good

Pls change the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel quality. It's too bad. My hair becomes dry and damaged and arrange the squeezed bottles. The product doesn't come out.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, restaurant and lobby have good food. Room 538 has sunrise view. Location is good close to Ambience mall and airport.

Room 538. Kingbed is small compared to other hotels.need to pay for extra bed. Last night could not sleep until 4am as there is a noisy discotheque below....Rooms feel old, 1x wooden sliding door toilet and closet. Wooden door between bedroom and bathroom makes noise. Leaking toilet Waterhose (was fixed), bathtub plunger not so good, so water flows out. We looked at another room but was smelly. Price is high for what it is compared other hotels (Crowne Gurgaon and Grand Mercure Agra rooms the beds are bigger and no extra pay)

Staff not trained.Reception is poorly managed and housekeeping is not thorough.

Have stayed here many times over in last 12 years. Unfortunately the standard has downgraded sharply. Nothing positive to report.

Rooms don't match the website writeups. AC in room was barely working. Refrigerator could be described as a slightly cool cabinet. Poor worn down flooring. Staff tries to be nice in a very superficial way. Overall, a forgettable stay.

The hotel is very nice and all the employees very helpful.

we were negatively impressed by the abandonment you can see in the installations;-The swimming pool sides were mouldy and there was mould floating on the water- the male sauna stinked and the jacuzzi water was really dirty- ⁠you could see the room walls being partched up with paint without having them properly painted in full - the bathroom showed tear and wear

I liked the ambience and location. The restaurant staff were very pleasing.

The reception staff should be given more training in hospitality. Compared to other star hotels this was not a good value for money. The breakfast options were few. Out of the lifts only one was working. The room smelled like damp socks and we had no choice but to change the room.

Rooms weren’t clean.. over priced and outdoors wasn’t kept well!

Staff were great although their hands are tied by the poor state of the hotel. Rahul who serviced our room was awesome as were the reception ladies

The room smelt of damp and the security to floors was nonexistent. Anyone could walk into the hotel and get access to all the floors

Rooms were ok hotel property was nice

Staff was incompetent and rude, no sense of hospitality and that’s shocking for the 5star rating of a hotel of that calibre. Duty manager was unresponsive and the only number they provided, cars that they claimed as hotel cars but were actually a taxi service were always delayed and felt unsafe and dirty.

I used to stay here since 2017, everytime they allow to park car at hotel but time they refused even management said no we can't, reason I am not staying this hotel on 2nd april I shifted to Lalit Cp they allowed me to park caf for 2 days cause I had meeting at Chennai on 3rd and 4th april.Very very bad management even at reception and also top management. The bell boy and waiters are too Good they said will park my car at their own house or residential parking

Perfect as expected. Room size and furnishing were very comfortable. Meals buffet spread was average, with choices for a normal meal, but food quality is good and services excellent.

Check in was messy. Reception staff was not controlling ? the queuing courtesy. They accepted who ever jumps the queue or whoever was LOUDEST to assert service. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Unless this deficiency is corrected, I cannot place the GRAND at universal standing with similar 4–5-star hotels in the region.Second, I emailed 3 times for airport pick-up service, but there was no reply. Regretfully, I will not return.

Staff were very friendly and courteous although the lady who checked us in could have used some common sense

The fact that I had to settle my bill on each occasion and was not allowed to charge it to my room. They could have taken a pre authorised payment which is what most hotels do!

The rooms are extremely run down and basic housekeeping is lacking in some aspects. My room had white flies in the washroom and the WC was barely working. On repeated calls to the hotel, there were no changes in the state of things. The location is great but that’s all about it. The hotel is dated back to the early 2000’s and the ambiance is not very pleasant as well. For the price you pay, Aerocity and the city overall have much better 5* star hotels like JW, Lodhi etc. they desperately need to revamp the hotel and renovate basics.

Great location just 20 minutes from the airport on a busy time and next to three sets of shopping malls .

The staff is disorganised . They have no facility to arrange a simple taxi. It took the reception fifteen minutes to get one and then they said 3 times it’s is chargeable which was never my question any way . Even the amount of the charge was unknown to the reception . There is no gate man or staff at the main door only one uniformed agency security service who was unconcerned that a guest was seeking to hire a cab. The room alloted 644 was difficult to reach . No one escorted me to the room , once you come out of the lift the directions to the room are not visible as I later found that the signage is covered due to maintenance work . A basic breakfast for a five star if I can say so . There is no bar worth the name as the one in the lobby has been made so that no one really sits there . A beautiful property and fantastic location ruined due to some poor planning and poor staff training.

The horrible attitude of the hot

The horrible treatment of the prescription..was at the restaurant for lunch, and the 5,000 check was finally decided to return 50 %, because they realized that the money had never come.
