The room was not bad but no so clean as expected. The bathroom had some problems that could be solved. The bed sometimes felt discomfort.

Staff was incredible. Requires alot of upgrades. Had alot of strong chemical smell from floor cleaning that made hard to breath. Ravi was kind to switch rooms but still same issues.

Room and amenities looked promising, but lack of maintenance and cleaning was reflecting in each corner of the property

The rooms were great. Beds so comfortable and clean and YAY hot water and showers that work. Also, the friendly night manager was the cherry on top. He was so friendly so make sure you meet him during your stay.

Room was cosy and clean..it had good space

Very dirty rooms with dirty bedsheets . Entire room and washroom was stinking with phenyl odour....I complained about it to staff but they did nothing.

The staff are very humble and friendly, rooms are spacious. It was worth of money. We really had a great and comfortable stay . Thank you Ravi, sufiya, exceptionally Raja uncle . It was nice meeting you all.

location is extremely bad and not easily accessible due to huge traffic.Furniture is old and dirty. Towels are extremely old as if it was to clean the floor it was disgusting and non-hygienic.no restaurant. food is bought outside the location and it doesn’t look nor taste good. just a wastage of money.I don’t understand how people want to earn money but do not do the minimum to maintain hygiene.

Excellent service and location Break fast was delicious and ontimeMr. Raza khan receptionist is very kind and supportive. His way of dealing ia very generous. Mr. Ravi also very helpful.We stayed 3 days and enjoyed a lot. All necessities are near by. Very closed to Station.

Location was good

I stayed there with my parents who are senior citizens. After mentioning breakfast included in the booking process, they offered 3 items for 3 persons( 1 each) and asked for extra charges if ordered more than 3. The more disappointing part was when we checked out in the morning at 6 a.m. After repeatedly calling the house keeping for luggage transfer from room(which was at 2nd floor) to the reception area at the ground floor, there was no response and nobody was to be found. Nobody responded the phone calls. Both of my parents being senior citizens, the trouble I had was very unfortunate one. Sorry to disappoint, but I have to mention that for the first time ever, had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience overall at a hotel booked through booking .com.

the behaviour of manager was very rude,at the time of check out he has taken me much money,and he has not given me free complementary breakfast
