Clean and quiet with a nice cafe adjoining.

On the side of a cramped and busy road, you will be harassed by several touts the second you step outside.

This room was fantastic. Very simplistic but meet all needs. Location was fantastic, staff was great and price was right.

Honestly, everything was perfect. As a female traveler the only thing it lacked was hair conditioner - but really that is so much a non-issue. Would for sure stay at Bloomrooms again

The value for money was not there. The room was so small that I couldn't move. Everything was good about this apartment except for the space in the room. I believe they gave me the wrong room, and I paid for a bigger room, if I recall! This has always been the case for hotels near the New Delhi Train station. They scam you by giving a different room that booked.

The staff was so helpful. Very affordable. Provided toiletries and hairdryer. The food was amazing!

The local was very bad. So loud traffic throughout the night and it was so congested during the day that our taxi drivers were unable to pick us up. The facilities were okay - decently clean but not as pristine as the pictures make it. Breakfast is listed as an amenity, making it seem like it was included in the price but we had to pay extra.

Break fast was good and service was excellent, staff were very good and polite . Toilets were clean and up to the mark .

Toilets should have floor mats both inside and outside and near the toilet door .

Comfortable oasis in the middle of busy Delhi. My room was spacious, bed was comfortable and location was great. Everyone said don't stay in this area of Delhi, however as a solo female traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable and walked to Connaught with no issues.

The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. But it seems impossible to not hear noise in Delhi so it's not fault on rhe hotel. Just take earplugs and you'll be fine. Id 100% stay here again

Location is pretty convenient, many places are in walkable (10-30 min) distance which may be faster than auto rickshaw. Staff was friendly and attentive. The bathroom was clean and had a nice, big shower with hot water. Bed was very comfy.

This place is overrated and overpriced. The rooms feel like they haven't been refurbished in a long time. Half the lights in my room weren't working (one didn't turn on, one didn't turn off.)The description here says the rooms are soundproof and have a safe, but none of this is true. There was no safe to store valuables and there was lots of noise from the streets pretty much 24/7, also some construction work during the day.All the rooms open to some kind of atrium with an open roof, so you get all the noise from around. It is the opposite of "soundproof".

Polite staff, convenient location to train station, availability was good, affordable rate.

My room floor and walls were completely wet when I arrived. After about an hour of running the AC, the room dried out. There must be room or structural concerns.

The hotel is in central location, well appointed and clean. There is nothing like this hotel in this area. The rooms are small but very good value for money.

Bloomrooms exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and always available whenever needed. Perfect location making it easy to explore the city. Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The interior courtyard provided a wonderful space for relaxation after busy days. Highly recommend for anyone wanting great service in a convenient Delhi location.

A few more selections at breakfast would have been nice, but it was very good.

Clean, comfy bed, nice design.Very noisy and messy area, not even a place to go for a coffee or beer after the trip. Good place if you look a stay for a one night, near the railway station (walking distance-10min). Rather backpackers place.

The location is good, and it’s mostly clean. The night receptionists was unfriendly but the female day receptionists was friendly. What annoyed us the most was that we had one of the rooms to the street. With an extra door that is not locked properly it let in all the honking the whole night. The bed was fine and AC was there. It’s okay for a quick transfer through Delhi but still next time I would choose a more comfy and quiet accommodation.

The property is easy to miss in the crowd. The rooms are extremely small. Complicated process involved in checking in and having your needs met during the stay.

All ok including breakfadt, ONLY window i missed but on thé other Handy IT helped with noise

Very Clean accommodation and the Team is very nice and accommodating. Rooms on the street are a bit noisy but that’s Delhi.

Blooms is an excellent hotel right next to the main station in Dehli. It is also within easy reach of New Dehli metro station.The staff are friendly, polite and hard working. The hotel rooms and communal areas are spotlessly clean. The restaurant is very good with excellent breakfast and evening meals. Compliments to the chefs.

The front of hotel is busy as it is closed to station. Once indide the hotel is calm and tranquil.

Cleanliness in the rooms and wash room

Poor service at the check in, the system was down and only one person behind the desk. He had no idea about my reservation, the front desk agent was clueless.
