Hotel Delhi International Airport

Nothing. Very bad experience.

The staff there were very rude. I reached the hotel after midnight and they refused to give a room saying it was fully booked, though I had told them earlier that my flight would only arrive by midnight and they had told that it was okay. I had to search for another hotel in the middle of night.

We were shocked to see the state of this hotel and did not stay. The only good thing was that they let us leave without any discussion or payment.

The location is not correct, it’s not as close to the airport as stated on booking. They had construction work going on in the reception when we arrived and the noise was so loud that we couldn’t even talk to them. I had to do them to stop the work so we could talk normally. The people working there was also arguing behind the counter and the whole first impression was horrible. We took a quick look at the room which had a stench of old cigarette and did not look like the photos. We booked this hotel because of the good reviews but I have no idea how people can rate this hotel as high as they have.

Location in a red light district impending a raid with less access with cars. We felt really unsafe even through we were inside our room.

Someone posted a review 10 on my name. Finally I can edit it. That’s a RED FLAG.Called me in the morning for flight. Didn’t feel safe in the hotel.

The room was NOT clean. It felt someone just slept there before me and bed was having hair. The bedsheet was dirty.Staff were not friendly. They didn’t provide towel even after asking twice. Bathroom was dirty. The bucket had mud it in. I could not even take shower, the toilet wasn’t clean.They charged me more than it showed in booking.com on everything.The moment I entered the hotel, it didn’t feel comfortable.

Poor cleaning ?, broken bath door, unhygienic towel and bedsheet, poor wifi connection etc

No at all, staff members are money seeker and try to keep connect with salon lady to charge extra money from us for using the salon service

The hotel was a total crap and the rating is totally fake. The review that's shown on booking.com is totally fake too. During the booking it showed that breakfast included but actually it was not. Also, it showed hotel shuttle included but it's not. Either booking.com lied or the hotel lied. Very dirty and sketchy hotel room. There are many other hotels available around that area which are much nicer and same price range. Will not recommend this hotel at all.

Nothing… when I arrived there I was told that despite my booking the hotel has no more rooms and I was left stranded at the street… this is no way of doing business… they did not even excuse and tried to help me find something else… it’s not funny to be just left there in the dirty streets with all my luggage and no place to go to…

We reached the hotel at 3am and the room alloted to us was very dirty and felt no safety at all. Being so late and sleepy we adjusted for the night as we had no energy to go and complain.The next day once we raised the issue, staff was very understanding and alloted a different room which was very clean.

The service was very poor.

There was no towel, no shower jel and the room was also not that clean.

Great hotel for stay near Delhi airport it's just few minutes away from international airport and hotel also provide cab service

The rooms were clean and hygienic, facade was beautiful and well decorated on the evev of Christmas. Food was delicious and healthy. Cab service made our stay more smooth

When i booked the hotel i thought how can i get a 4 star hotel at this affordable price. But when they came and picked me up and took me to the hotel i was relaxed. Great ambience and good service.

Clean and easy check in

In the middle of my stay, I was told I would need to change to an inferior hotel due to renovations. This was unacceptable. The staff were uncooperative in refunding my money.

So my flight was canceled so i booked this hotel and was looking for peaceful stay. This is the perfect hotel for having stay rooms have all the facilities available

Classy rooms with great decoration. On the eve of Christmas they gave us specific discount on their restaurant and the food was also very ? They also provide taxi service .

Namaste To all, this is a good hotel all the members of this hotel are very professional I asked them for early checking as I was with a small child thanks to them that they accepted my request and provided us early checkin. Thanks for wonderful hosting at your hotel.

Hotel is misusing booking.com website and cheating their clients

I stayed in glory hotel as per my booking ,but they did not provide the facilities as mentioned in my booking details,No drinking water in room ,no any glass in room ,they also did not provide breakfast in time .When I asked for hotel bill which I had paid during checkin Rs 2266/ ,hotel staff told that you will get your bill from booking.com ,then I left hotel but after half an hour they cancelled by booking through booking.com and did not give my hotel bill ,they cheated not only me but also booking.com and incometax department and violated all terms and conditions of Clint .Kindly intervene in this matter,I am your prime witness with all relevant evidences.

In the location sense the property is really close to Airport, It's just 10 minutes from airport. The rooms are well maintained and decorated. The service is super fast and as good as a Five Star Hotel Service.

Telling about the food the food is delicious and served in time it's just that the quantity of food should be increased ?? . Rest rooms are clean and hygienic. Rooms are well maintained and decorated.
