Not to anything in this hotel as good totally bad hotel in all respects

Very rudely behaviour of hotel staff,bad room in room only one electric socket is working condition, can't recharge two mobile at one time or on TV no air conditioning we not recommend to anyone to waist your money and in this hotel.

Excellent ambience and cleaning along with good mannered staff

Nothing to like.

I informed hotel beforehand that I will be for sure staying there and planning to arrive at 02:00 am on 26 July 2025. But when I arrived, the administrator at the reception told me that there is no available rooms for me and proposed to spend night in other hotel. So during that raining night I was searching for other hotel to spend the rest of that bad night.

It's was too dark had few ceiling lights but still it looked quite dark, Television was not working after telling several times no one really cared to fix it Even the bedsheets and pillow were not so clean

The attention to detail, friendly staff, and beautiful ambiance made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back

Staff were very friendly and always there to help. They was very welcoming on arrival and made our stay enjoyable. They helped us booking trips. Location is good.

Location ,staff , price and food is excellent Just the cleanisnes of the hotel was quite bad . If the Delhi pollution effects this place than they definitely need to steam clean more

Cleanliness

Rooms are not cleaned properly, bathroom is also very dirty, rooms are smelling , cokroches are flying in rooms. Doors are not closed properly.

Reception has not returned my mobile charger, which I have left in room.

Friendly behaviour of ataff

No towel, water bottle and linen should have been cleaner... They were not fresh.

Excellent location nearby to New Delhi train station and a myriad of places to eat...

Even though my room was not next to the street, there was noise from guests...

Cleanliness

Breakfast was very very poor.Only alu paratha with chutney only.They charges extra for vegetables.We booked hotel for 4 person (2 adult + 2 child)They gave alu paratha for 3 person.No breakfast is better than this kind of breakfast.
