My room stank of mold - there were no Windows, no possibility of fresh air ever, or of bathroom drying out. I was there 3 nights, and became quite sick,for a couple of days afterwards. I was exhausted when I arrived, or would have sought a better hotel

The staff were extremely helpful when we were trying to contact our tour guide. They also served us food when we arrived very late after lots of travelling.

Broken electric switches in room - nervous to use. In the bathroom there was a hole in the wall and the chrome fixtures were rather corroded. We also had a cockroach visitor. I had trouble reaching the control for the air conditioner because the wardrobe was placed in the way. We didn't get any toilet paper either, but others in our group did in their rooms. My daughter's room had different colour changing bulbs in the bedside lights which wouldn't turn off.

Toilet. Shower system very poor . Between shower & toilet no any partition . That’s why all water mess in floor .

Nearly everything.Staff very friendly and helpful.The service was adequate and the restaurant was plesent with good lunch and dinner. The buffet left a little to desire but the cake and coffee was great.At least the elevator/life works well.

The beds need to be replaced and were very uncomfortable.The price was too high for what you get.I do recommend Delhi 55 for a short stay.

No proper bathroom - a shower that flooded the floor. Insects in the room. No change of towels, dirty corridors.

The hotel communication is excellent, perhaps a little too good. I got to the hotel at 5am, asleep around 7am, after la long flight. They called the room at 10.15 waking me up to remind me of breakfast. I stayed for two nights. Breakfast is next door at the sister hotel which appears in much better condition. Breakfast was good. The staff are generally pleasant.

The place is dirty with a capital D! Mattress stains everywhere. Duvet was very stained and needed disposing of. (The cover was clean. There was someone's partially eaten curry in the fridge. Around the bed the AC control was filthy. You needed socks on to walk on the dusty floor. The reception area is also not great. Outside the same. The website photos look amazing but the reality is different. They need to seriously bring the place up to a far better standard.

Check in checkout was fast

The room was actually of 1500-2000 but we were charged by booking approx 2600 per room ; the staffs were forcing us to cancel the booking and make direct payment ; no professional staffs ; acting like as we are staying for free ; not value for money , property photo were hd but actual rooms very very old and low maintained . I won't recommend anybody to stay in paharganj area by making online booking .

Cosy environment created by staff members, very good in communication and attentive at the same time. Food was good also in taste. Overall staff members are helpful.

Very cosy environment, everyone is very helpful and attentive. All the staffs and workers are very sweet and have good communication skill. Everything is great in short. Food and cleaning is fulfilled the expectations.

I figured out the issue of lighting and electric issues to some extent. Otherwise I loved the staffs members.

Staff were nice however the room is disgusting.

Unfortunately this room was the dirtiest room I've ever seen, if I was not stuck for accommodation I would of just walked out, the ceiling fan had inches of dust on it, looks like 5years old dust never seen anything like it my life, they don't hide the fact they don't clean. I wouldn't put a dog into this room.

Definitely the best place to stay for what you pay. Very convenient if you're using the metro specially. Staff is very helpful ?

Since we stayed for six days and breakfast was a compliment we were served the same item for all six days . it was a disappointment.

Location, Staff Behaviour

AC was not there they have internal ducting with no option to control cooling and temp.There were multiple marks of water leakage in the walls and bathroom.

The room is very good only for food quality is not good

I just wanted to let you know that I had such a great experience at the hotel . The staff was super friendly and helpful , and the room were always clean and comfortable . I mad my stay so enjoyable.?
