I booked the so called “Presidential Suite”. It was more like a cheap 1 star room. I think all the good reviews here are fake. Staff is helpful- yes but because there are so many problems, obviously the staff has to make-up for their shitty room.1. The bathtub has a weird glass panel where you can only turn it on by going inside. It flooded the whole bathroom when the bathtub was drained. The staff said they will call the plumber and it will take hours. They had no other similar or better room available.2. The TV’s don’t work. One TV did not have the cable - the staff tried replacing the tv & the set top box but it still didn’t turn on. Not even the living room, not even the bedroom.3. Bathroom had a bad stench and no exhaust. No ventilation.4. There is no balcony, no window. If someone is paying for “presidential suite” — you atleast expect a window. They had shut the windows and the view was of a LOUD gutter cleaning machine in next building.5. The furniture is shit, looks cheap. I recommend to add 3-4k more and get a room in Oberoi’s. I PAID 7.5k for this shit room.6. The lobby and a weird loud fan noise makes you feel like you are in some CHEAP 1 star hotel.7. The “PRESIDENTIAL SUITE” was not as spacious and luxurious as you would expect it to be. The pictures online are probably fudged.8. The menu book in the room had a weird smell to it.I was celebrating a birthday and it was the most horrible experience I have ever had.Pros: The staff indeed tried to accommodate my requests of storing cake and sending it up at midnight. They tried to help will the bathroom flooding and tv. HOWEVER — them trying to do anything did not solve my issues. Can’t blame the staff here. The management sucks.

Great value for money. Large attractive rooms, good breakfast, rooftop pool, fair priced tasty room service, responsive staff - i was v pleasantly surprised (and have been back since)

I didn't notice, but my colleague thought her room was a little dirty as well as hallway carpets.

Shower low water pressure, losing water temperature fast, very tight washroom.Staff is slow and not fully experienced, and service is extremely slow. Won't recommend or go back.

The room was very clean but too close to the kitchen where the staff were working until 2am.The staff were very engaging and helpful.Online check-in before arrival was good.

In addition to the kitchen staff at 2am there was another female talking very loud and very fast into her phone at 4.30 - 5.30am. The personnel te room next to me banged four times on the wall to make her stop. She moved away and continued to talk loudly. A man shouted at her and she got a little quieter, but I was now wide awake and could still hear her. I think she was a member of staff because who else could move around the hotel at ggat time of the morning?

The bathroom was wet and the location is pretty far from gurgaon centre. There is no ventilation

Excellent well mannered and helpfull staff. Breakfast was good also not spicy even my kid could eat.

It’s clean and value for money, miss pratibha were there to help out during the registration process and quite smoothly she carried out the registration process and help us towards the room.

Everything is superb.. Rooms are clean, food excellent, behaviour of staffs are polite

Really liked how big spacious rooms were available for such value for the money and the staffs were very much polite and friendly.

I like the staff behaviour , room service and resturant food , specially location just 2 mins walking from ariria mall , very good and clean swimming pool at terrace . Overall i rate this hotel 9 out of 10.
