- The hotel room was extremely small, and it was dusty all over. We needed to use the mini fridge to store some food overnight, but the fridge was moldy inside, and we ended up throwing out the food. Most of the staff except for the receptionist could not understand English properly so it was hard to communicate with them. Every time we needed a shower, we had to call reception and ask them to turn on the hot water which was very inconvenient.
- The unorganised and rude staff. This place only allows Indian citizens to stay. They rejected us (Sri Lankans) saying that they don't have a way to register our passports, etc. and kept trying to send us to another hotel Galaxy. We arrived with 5 big bags and they tried to scam us by getting 3 tuks to take us to another hotel. Such an unreliable and dodgy place. Don't waste your time with this dump of a property..!

The coffee maker and cups are not cleaned properly. The supplies for coffee are very limited. The bathroom is unclean. The supplies in the bathroom are not adequate.
