Bloomrooms @ Link Road

Simple decor and clean, efficiently managed by hotel employee. Near a local market with various services available. Excellent staff service including hotel employee who lugged our 6 suitcases to the taxi at midnight.

Cafe could be kept a bit cleaner.

A bit old, but clean hotel. Helpful staff.

Clean RoomsClean toilet Staff was very helpful

I think they can improve their Breakfast Range - A live counter .Checkintime can be more flexible

Hotel was definitely clean and well appointed. Room were definitely comfortable.Staff was prompt and helpful.Location was ok. Breakfast was good.Common cafeteria was very good.

It's not walking distance from metro station which is the only drawback. Rooms were small if you are with child. Second floor did not have elevator which was a let down.

Located in a safe neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, good shower, strong wifi. Great for a short stay.

Have stayed at this property several times, first time was about 10 years ago and the price has doubled since which cannot be helped. While it is still comfortable, the standard of cleanliness has gone down. You need bedroom slippers as the floor is dirty, and furniture and fixtures could do with a good thorough clean.

The location is quite central. The staff is very warm and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Such a cheerful hotel with all the yellow. We made the booking via booking.com and then we needed to make an adjustment to the date of our reservation. After a little bit of back and forth, the hotel was able to accommodate the changed date. Thank you!!!

Immediate location/ neighborhood is not great, but within Delhi it's well situated if you use Uber to get around. Coffee station is useful.

Some housekeeping issues need attending to, the 'tech' to access the room and facilities is annoying - need to use an app.

Good variety for breakfast in a cosy area.I left my mobile phone in an Uber and the staff were incredibly helpful in getting it returned, it would not have happened otherwise.

Would have liked hair conditioner, not just hair wash. This is a minor point only.

Staff was really friendly, even managed to get me early check-in as I arrived early in the morning. Breakfast was good with mostly local dishes. The hotel was clean and the service great, would stay at Bloomrooms again definitely!

Clean room, helpful and efficient service.

Overpriced for amenities and facilities. Breakfast a haphazard affair.

The variety on offer was a good mix. They also had a menu you could order from. The team at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating with our requests

The team was absolutely awesome. They answered all our questions and helped us book tours and our next hotel

It was really clean and modern. I was impressed at the value for the price paid. Good hotel range similar to Campanile in France

For the price the rooms were decent, it was clean, had free tea, and the beds were comfi and shower was good. The staff were friendly and did everything they could to help out. Convenient because relatively close to NZH trainstation, not walkable though:

The location with the exit to the parralel road to the highway, was not that convenient, there is not that much around the hotel, the second day my sink leaked, they came to look at it and said it wasn’t leaking but I could see it still was and that they hadn’t looked properly. There was absolutely no view out of the window behind the mirror - construction work was going on. I guess this was expected level of comfort for the price.

I very much enjoyed the stay at bloomrooms (link road). I am a female solo traveller and felt always safe. The room was spacious, the door has a lock, and there is a safe in the room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and professional. In the entry area is a sort of locker with extra (and for free) water, toilet paper and other stuff. Also the breakfast was good. The biggest plus for me was that it is close to the metro station. The hotel is on a sort of smaller road (therefore it is not noisy) parallel to the big one. You will need to walk this road until the pedestrian bridge to cross the big street and then it is a couple of minutes further. In total it took me 10 minutes. Overall, I would book the hotel definitly again.

Quiet location Good breakfast Close to sights and train station

Rooms a little sparse

The cleanliness and considerate availability of basics in common areas

The breakfast was not good. Stale & limited. The bed was really not comfortable, and needs to be slightly more firm. The bedside light wasn't working and no one fixed it..

Horrible Expt

Second floor narrow winding steps, no lift. Bad room, broken fittings, stuffed cables behind TV. Restaurant breakfast was a joke - most items were over even with one hour to go, available dishes were cold including tea. The restaurant staff was arrogant and unapologetic.

Double room was a great upgrade from the single that I stayed in last time which was small and felt very confined.

Location of the property.

Behaviour of the staff,i had to wait for about half an hour for the check-in process.Size of the room and bath.
