Facilities and cleanliness to be improved…

Room was too small for two persons. Waste water in bathroom is getting accumulated near door. Cleaning t be improved. Facilities in room were not provided for two persons for first day.

A/C remote was not provided, the room is closed completely so felt suffocated, Moisturizer was absent. Floor towel at Bathroom was absent, face towel was absent.

I had a very good experience staying at the Ginger Hotel in Faridabad, near New Delhi. The room was a great size—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my stay. What really stood out, though, was the customer service and hospitality. Due to personal reasons, I needed to check out a day early, and the staff handled it smoothly without any issues. On my last night, there was a large event happening right across the street from my room, and the hotel proactively moved me to a quieter side of the building so I could rest properly. I really appreciated that level of consideration. Overall, the service, the room quality, and the responsiveness of the staff made my stay excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms could have been cleaner as I had an issue with bugs.

Bathrooms are not senior friendly. After bath water is all over the bathroom and even spilling out of room Its not safe for seniors.

Location.

This was my first stay at Ginger hotel & I expected better experience. Hotel location is good , however the lobby is very small , Room size and facilities are not worth the tarrif charged
