Nothing. Not as advertised.

We arrived and were concerned when we got there because the neighborhood didn’t feel safe and we wanted to go out to get something to eat, but it was inexpensive so we gave it a try. We went to our room and the room was not clean.There were stains and hairs on the sheets and there was a little rug in the room that was absolutely filthy. There was a woman cleaning in the hall mopping the floor with water that was so dirty. There were trays of old food outside of the doorways in the hall that looked like they’d been sitting there all day even though there were staff right there. We had no window in our room. We were grossed out and booked a room at the Radisson down the road which was a thousand times nicer for an extra $20. We went downstairs and asked for our money back and they refused, we will be disputing it with our credit card.

The staff is articulate, attentive and supportive. Truly appreciated the excellent care and welcoming environment!

Good neat and clean fast services in room

The hotel was surprisingly very good and value for money. Check-in, check-out, rooms, house keeping, breakfast & service were all very good.

The stay was pleasent and all the staff was very helpful and polite.

The only improvement needed is, to keep at least two towels in room.

The hotel is a relatively short taxi ride from Terminal 3 and within walking distance of Aerocity. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is located down a narrow, very poorly surfaced street which makes vehicle access difficult. The hotel room was cold and the air conditioner was of no assistance. The capacity of the bathroom water boiler is too small for a standard shower. There is no breakfast room; breakfast (only Indian according to the menu) is brought to your room. It is extraordinary that the hotel should have been given such a high score. After the first night I decamped to the Ibis in Aerocity. The hotel is next to ongoing construction: I was assured by reception that the room was sound-proofed, which was not the case.

I stayed there for one night. This hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient. The rooms are moderately spacious and have only basic amenities.

Nice hotel with a calm atmosphere. Breakfast was decent, and the room was quiet. Could improve Wi-Fi speed, but overall a pleasant stay.

Room and bathroom were clean and specious as shown on pictures. The linens were tidy. Breakfast they can improve the taste.

The location is close to the airport. The staff are attentive and quick to respond. The food is not bad.

The flow of hot water is a bit low and it ran out quickly. We had to wait between the geyser heating cycles. They could do with a centralized water heating system. If not for this issue, I could have given it a rating of 9. Having said that I would still recommend this place for a short stay.

Overall experience was good, reasonable price according to location. Spaciousand clean rooms with all amenities. Room service is good. Had a comfortable stay.

They changed the room without any prior notice and did not even bother to mention it to the customer. This is unprofessional conduct.

A pleasant stay. but the bathroom was not proper clean room was specious and staff are humble.
