Need to more clean, value for money

Cleaning, no lift

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful. Thank you for all Staff specially Rohit at reception.

They not allowed for foreigner guests, so i was not allowed to check in and stay. Not mentioned on booking.com

Before my arrival I tried to call them to make sure everything is ok with the reservation.They answered my call but said they couldn’t speak any English, only Hindi.I came there from the north of Delhi. Very far away. As I arrived they told me they don’t accept foreigners. Only Indian people and didn’t even try to help me get another place. The hour was 9 pm. I was with friends and a suitcase after a very long journey and we had to search for another place.Very much not recommended

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ROOMS BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE ROOM BECAUSE I was not INDIAN.DONT EVER USE OYO rooms again, lots of native Indian people claim they are scammers.

They are scammers, they charged me for the rooms but they didn't allow me to stay there, I have the video of the incident. Don't ever book through OYO they are scammers.

We had a pleasant stay. Great services. Excellent property. Great view from the rooms.Room service was quick.Bathroom was neat and clean.
