The Ambience of the hotel and the Staff were Amazing very helpful and friendly definently would recommend to friends and family to stay over Thankyou for the nice memorable stay at yr hotel really enjoyed our visit.The staff from front desk were Great.

Horrible hotel with obnoxious noisy and cheap people

Located close to the airport, this was actually the reason why we chose it as we had early flights.

Towels and bedsheets had stains and hair on them, yet they claim to be a 4-star boutique hotel.The hotel is dirty in many areas.The staff is incompetent, with several employees just standing around doing nothing — and even snoring in the lobby at night.The swimming pool was closed, with no indication anywhere that it’s shut during winter.They also don’t answer emails.And don’t expect a glass of wine, because they don’t serve any alcohol.

Very clean hotel, the staff are very helpful, breakfast was ok, not exceptional. Good isolation, I slept well even though there was a wedding. Rooms are specious.

This is mainly a wedding venue, so the pool is not accessible to guests and I booked the hotel specifically for this reason. I had also texted through booking before arriving to confirm access to the pool but there was no answer. The sheets were clean but a bit torn in some places. The location is a bit far so very difficult to get an Uber and there's no road in front of the hotel, it's very bumpy. No service for airport drop-off. I believe the price is very high for what they offer.

The staff at the reception weren’t very cordial. I had called and requested for early check-in to which they agreed. I planned my trip accordingly, but when we reached the hotel they cited that check in time is 3pm so they can’t provide a room right now. When informed about the telephonic conversation, the reception personel told us blatantly that it was wasn’t her who promised an early check in and so she can’t help.. this is very rude for hospitality industry according to my opinion. The pool was very unclean and unkept. Breakfast buffet wasn’t available. I was looking forward to the buffet and was extremely disappointed by this

Great swimming pool with clean and cool water but it would be fantastic if there would be some umbrellas around because there no shade there at all.Very polite and helpful staff. Both in the hotel and the restaurant.

Deco not exactly to our taste, felt a bit dated. Shower door not big enough to screen water from splashing all around the bathroom.

The property was huge, staffs were good and the pool was good.

Room didn't have slippers, toothbrush. Buffet breakfast was worst. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We checked-in little late in the evening and staff who welcomed us , deserves an applaud for their service.

I booked this property because I wanted to relax in the pool before to sleep but couldn’t because they had restrictions about timings.

The location...the food

Room service needs a bit of improvement and pool timing could be increased till 9 PM

One very helpful lady there who had common sense

They were ready to turn me out on the street because there was an issue with my visa....a single girl, knowing no one in India...had to ring my embassy. The embassy explained I was legitimate but still the hotel were very difficult and caused me huge distress.

Clean, spacious hôtel, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, comfortable bed, the pool, the kindness of the personal. 15 mn from the airport ! All was very good.

There are some small defaults:First, this hôtel is more for events or seminaries. It was empty when we came, and that feels a little strange when nobody is here, because the hotel was booked for a big event the day after.Our room was perfect, but the bathroom needed few small renovation. It was strange to see a quite Luxury Hôtel with these defaults.Also, when I stopped the a/c, there was still a little noise in the room. I was expecting for the silence, but it wasn't.Regarding the restaurant, the service and Indian food were very good, but the continental food was not at the same level. It was like fast food with a little touch of decoration. For example, potatoes and green vegetables were sure coming from packets and not done with fresh vegetables. Even if it was good, we were expecting for a better quality for the price.

Staff was great!! Very Friendly and very helpful!Clean and spacious.

Attention to cleaning shower corners on inside can be a bonus.. Would be great if water features outside worked, can look amazing with the beautiful garden.Overall good place to stay, and close enough to airport.

room was clean and neat.matress was good and comfortablestaff was sympathic, and helpful.The hotel is big and really beautiful, but need some maintenance.the swimming pool was nice also, very good to relax.

The bathroom has a problem of ventilation/airing, moisture on the ceiling.sad because it could be almost perfect for the room.

Proximity to the airport

Part of the staff was quite rude towards me, I assume because of being a woman solo-traveling.

Reasonable rooms

Wedding taking place and therefore very noisy all night and the pool was not accessible. Hotel should have informed non-wedding guests. Poor value given the above.

I messaged twice before my arrival but had no response The listing mentioned an airport shuttle but there was no evidence of that Staff organised a taxi back to the airport for me which worked well but it would have been nice to have a solid plan in place for my arrival
