Bad

Rooms were too small.. no ventilation.. dirty washrooms

Very poor

The room and bathroom did not meet cleanliness standards, and the utensils appeared quite dated.

Nothing is about to like in rooms

Room cleaning was pathetic, washroom was not good ,Hygiene issues in rooms ,Bed was broken from left side Charges was very high Deluxe room was like a 3rd class room s

The place is in Karol bagh main location, restaurants and food joints r nearby.staffs r cordial & friendly, good service

I won't say I didn't liked, initially they accepted early check in and later they charged at discounted price on request, though they communicated over phone, early check in should be possible, or with nominal amt.need to maintain doors and few materials well as it looks old.ask for room with ventilation as they got less rooms with windows as the place is located in small street

The AC works fine and the room was clean

The staff doesn’t speak English very well

Location,staff

Bathroom was not clean

Cleanliness

Location confuison for taxiwalas to identify the place. Every time to struggle to get the Ola/Uber drivers

The staff at check in were very welcoming and provided me with bottled water for my stay and checked if I needed anything. There was also a working TV with amazon prime which I greatly appreciated. There were a lot of toiletries provided.

The sheets had hair and stains on them. The bathroom seemed like it had never been cleaned before. The door into the room seemed like it had seen better days.

Bathroom is not good and bed are not comfortable only welcome desk is eaxillant and room cleaning poor

Only benifit of near bikaner wala for best food
