Eatables in room vere over charged than price on item.Dentel kit was not available. You should have some common Hall stay for Driver also.

Location is the only good thing.

Room was smelly and not clean. Room telephone was not working. I was most unhappy with the room service. I had visited this property many times previously. I would not visit again though. They need to improve a lot with room cleanliness and room service.

Everything other than mentioned above. First time in my 30 years of travelling carrier found shower cap in washroom but need to call for dental kit. For slipper called twice and get it after 3 hoursFor dental kit called thrice since last night but till morning next day not received at last checkout from the property. But no dental kit arrived.While complaint to person sitting front desk, surprisingly she told, it may not happened instead accept the mistake.Never recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great, wide variety of dishes available.

The bathroom / Shower was dirty, Towels were torn and used, no bathroom amenities, not even a toothbrush.Bottled water in the room tasted very salty and made me sick.Leakage in showerThe rooms need a serious renovation.

Very bad attitude of staff very slow service. I was staying in room No 702 initially I wanted to stay for 5 days but I left in 2 nights as there was a massive party going on in my next room and the hotel staff was least bothered to request them to lower music it went on till 4 am and I had difficulty sleeping. Also room service was very slow the staff is just not bothered towels had stains and smell. The bed is also not comfortable. I never had such bad experience in sarovar hotels. Very very slow service and absolutely stressful stay

Very poor management from checking in to checkout

Booked it for an important guest, and even after paying the booking amount and telling at the reception to not to ask for payment from guest they took the booking money twice.

The approachability and the cleanliness

The rooms are not very well maintained Staff behaviour needs a lot of improvement

The restaurant staff and food was good

Issues in the bathroom, there was no attendant at the pool during operation hours and even pool water wasn't clean. Intercom was not working and calling housekeeping services and response time was long.

Firstly, I was charged extra by the hotel in the name of security deposit which was no where mentioned online. So I had booked a room for 3k+ but I had to pay 5k+. I had never seen such house rules in the best of hotels. Front Desk staff Adnaan was rude and very slow. He took a lot of time for doing the simplest task like printing a bill. Definitely not fit to be at the front desk. It took me more than half an hour for checkin and around half haur in checkout even when i called in to inform my checkout at prior notice. Total waste of time by the staff. I had a request for a possible early checkin which was responded to via mail after I had checked out lol. Upon arriving at the room, I saw there was a double bed. I was soo sick and tired that i just let it be.

Room was clean. The flush of wc did not work properly. At this price point you could get wayyyy better hotels.

The staff were all fantastic… so friendly and accommodating, every single one of them. A special mention for Sonal at reception. The hotel taxi service was great. The location next to the mall/supermarket was very convenient. Food in the restaurant was very good.

The staff was Rude, unprofessional, could not honour our booking. Made us wait for 2 hours n did not show any curtsey to support us

Needs houskeeping services - improvementThey made us wait at the reception and demanded payment first before they allow check-in, we requrested we will settle bill on check out but they were adamant.
