Savoy Suites Manesar

The stay was good. The property is good but not luxurious, if you book keeping in mind the the luxury and comfort like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are more like of a serviced apartments.

Beds were not comfortable. Bath tub was very small. LED in the room was of 32" only with no login to the OTT's

The size and facilities in the suite were good. It was a one bed apartment with a kitchen. The kitchen did not have basic items (pans, etc) but these were available on request.

The location was not vibrant.

I want to thank the Savoy Suites Manesar hotel staff for the wonderful service. The staff is friendly. The room is clean (housekeeping is very good).Tasty food in the restaurant.Bar has various choices.

Rooms are good size.

Maintenance of rooms is required. Lot of stuff not working and bathroom clogged. As per booking late checkout was part of booking but they don't follow the same. Kept asking us to leave by 1pm.

Response time was extremely slow , AC in room not working even after technician support a room move was initiated much later which was not appreciated. 1 dental kit delivered instead of 2 when requested. The most disappointing fact was the staff getting minibar items to the counter even after explaining there was no consumption of the same . The hotel should either count and keep a proper check of minibar items before checkin or atleast handle such issues with sensitivity. Not recommended

Good location, good-willed stuff, the processes could be significantly improved

A very scarce choice of available breakfast options. The freshness and the selection leave much to be desired. The team at the restaurant tries to do their best, but it’s a really disappointing experience. Checkout took more than 10 minutes, just because there were a couple of items from the minibar which were promptly reported at the checkout. WiFi drops when moving from room to the corridor, and between the floors.

Everything was perfect. Very helpful and friendly staff and very good service. Every need was taken care of very swiftly. The room was very spacious.

Over all stay was good. Some areas need to be improved.

Bath mat was missing in my whole stay. This needs to be provided mandotorily. I had 2 times slip when I come out of the tab. Also coveing the food with aluminium foil during the room service, need to be replaced with lids. It was messy to open th foil and the gravies or soup are all over the table.

Bed was ok

Water logging in the bathroom, floor broken, dinner order closed 10 pm but the receptionist told last order is taken by 10:25.Breakfast removed 10:15 completely. Nothing provided from kitchen on request. Waiter told me that all finished. Highly disappointed.

Only negative things was Food ordered from the restaurant. However the taste was very good but the quantity was less and price was on higher side.Items in the Mini Bar were overcharged too.

The breakfast was great with Japanese & international food to chose. Staff are courteous & friendly. The room is spacious. Overall the stay is good experience.

Its a great experience as a suite. Nice room spacious room with all facilities and a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays. Its at a nice location away from the hustle of city, Nice view and overall great experience.

Some rooms are less maintained, and cleanliness at some points, not a major concern but still noticeable. Staff is local hence make you a little concious.
