Hotel The Armani Near IGI Airport

The Tea served in the evening of 07 May 25 was so sweet that one sip and i thought it was not tea. The next day i told the person at the desk, he replied that you would have told then and there. And he charged me Rs. 35.00 for tea which i paid Rs.40.00 but they didn't have change of Rs.5.00

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent. Even toilet seat was broken an un hygienic. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

10% discount as agreed upon Booking on food/drinks was not honored and got flatly denied by the the manager, had to pay in full.

Location close to the airport but not on the roadside, meaning you don't hear noisy sound.Quite reasonable price, even cheap.People there are helpful.Moderately clean.Nice breakfast opportunity.Good communication with hotel administration.

Refrigerator not working.Staff good but lacks hospitality skills.

The room was decent , clean and okay for a one night stay. It was as shown in the pic

The location was not very pleasant . It was also different from the various Treebo groups that i have stayed so i had my doubts in the beginning. there was no sign of Treebo as well.

This hotel is nearly main highway, this is the best part... I liked it. Room size was spacious. Staff behavior was great..

Legitimate hotel, unlike many surrounding hotels that scam you and steal your booking details so they can write fake reviews. Nice bathroom. Away from the noisy and loud main road is also a plus.

Sheets an pillows still had some hairs on them; a bit dusty.

Frankly i like nothing about the property….. only the entrance was good!!

The bed is not at all comfortable, the bathroom is too congested, the door latches were not working it was broken, there was not automatic gyeser there was a boiler attached and you have to switch it on amd off and above all the staff was extremely rude.

Hotel is well located near Railway station and sindhi camp bus stand. This is the best usp of this property . I got a very good deal price thats why i booked it. Room amenities were really very good , swimming pool on terrace , enjoyed drinks poolside . Checkin was smooth , early checkin was not possible for me as rooms were not available . Had dinner at hotel . Food quality was good. one flute player was also there .. he was very good at his job , he was playing melodious voice...

hotel location was good for business men because all market and staion are near to this hotel. room was very fine and comfortable. but there are one problem that is room service and food both are very poor quality. so overall my experience in term of money was good.

It was barely adequate.

NO hot water. NO toilet paper. Located in a dark and very noisy alley. Room was clean but extremely basic. Ceiling fan was noisy and bed was hard. This was a very unpleasant experience and I would NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone!

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.
