Rooms were not spacious and very congested. Service was very slow need to call 4 times within 1 hours before check out to bring luggage done and no one came. Needed water in room and they filled it out of tap which was so yellow that no one would drink.

Variety was good, served hot. For room service, staff insisted on first payment before having dinner.

Rooms were smelling because of old future, matterress was uneven, due to which I had back ache. No Hot water in shower, inspite of compalint at Recepition counter, Not resolved. Guests requested for smoking at rooms & the recepitionist approved it do so.

It was close to the Delhi airport.

Not clean. Room we were originally given had a used pair of boxers in the bed… so the room was not cleaned properly and the sheets clearly had not been changed from the previous guests. We were moved to a different room very quickly (which we appreciated) but it ruined it for us.

I stayed at this property from 31st Aug till 3rd Sept.The AC was faulty. Since it is monsoon season, the humidity was high but the AC didnt work properly. By morning, my room was wet everywhere including the floor. Imagine staying for 3 nights and enduring this problem. I had to sleep in a damp room throughout. My clothes also absorbed a lot of moisture. I asked for the pedestal fan to be brought in to dry the room and had to leave the room open for it to work. Still it has little effect. On top of that, the bathroom false roof had water leaking which tried fixing but couldnt. The wardrobe had just 2 hangars and the inside looked like it hasnt been wiped in a long time.The shower head had scaling which didnt allow water to flow smoothly. The 2nd day, the housekeeping just took away the hand towel and floor towel without a reason. The hand towel holder was hanging by a single screw and could come off any moment.When it comes to any room service, they wont add the bill to the room and I had to pay immediately. The same was the case with the paid breakfast too. I asked for an ironbox at 9.30PM and the housekeeping guy insisted that I give it back the same night. Overall one got the feeling that the hotel was scared that the guest will run away without paying or take away the ironbox.Hotel looks understaffed and front office staff looked disinterested. I should have just paid another 2k per night and taken Radisson Blu nearby.Anyone looking for a decent hotel, avoid this place.

Poor service after serving food on order they are asking immediate payment from the hotel guest Hosue keeping doesn't pick up the calls you have to call to reception for any work

Everything about the hotel was dissapointing, the whole of the stay experience, staff unaccomodating, poor value for money.Bathroom drainage blocked!

They declined Overseas credit card. How come "Booking.Com" can recommend such hotel. It is a black mark for Booking.Com. then had to rush out looking for ATM.

- unclean- dirty- door latch didn’t work- no breakfast- Pigeons over the roof kept us awake whole night.- adjacent rooms were audible and made the night uncomfortable

Nothing . They told me that my booking is cancelled. Hotel said the hotel is sold out and booking.com made a mistake to book me a room.

Its very old property, not properly maintained or cleaned. Not worth the money we paid. Normally sarovar group of hotels are clean and very good but this one had disappointed us. Wont recommend to anyone.

Everything. The property is poorly constructed and planned. The staff is completely ignorant and it is rather under staffed and not trained. The walls were very thin and the noises kept disturbing us in the night. The washrooms were stinking.
