Treebo Prime Elight

Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

unhygienic, unclean and black film pasted on a window in place of a proper wall / door in the washroom. the photos posted online do not match the actual scenario at all. please do not recommend this hotel to anyone

There is nothing good about Treebo Prime Elight.

I booked a room for one night when visiting Delhi for work.The room was very dingy and felt damp. The bed sheets and blanket were dirty and I did not feel like using it. The interiors were falling apart. The room had a small window which could not be kept open as it opened out to another window opposite. The lighting in the room was inadequate considering the window could not be opened. There was no sound insulation and the people in the corridor could be heard.I thought I just have to spend one night but the worse part was in the morning. There was no water in the bath and toilet when I got up. I went to the reception and complained and they restored it after 2 hours. Due to this I got late for my day. This is one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed and I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and professional

Entry steep steps and lift from first floor, mosquitos in the lift, no parking, no restaurant only roomService.

Rooms good Service is nice as being alone

The value for money as per the room is more It can be in 1500 to 1300

Staff behavior was good. They listen your problems politely and served accordingly.

Breakfast was not good and it should be improved. The roof top restaurant as they mentioned during booking was not in operation. It should be working and food should be served there. Food served in room was not looking fresh. Tea served in room was looking cold tea.

There were old mattresses full of blood and filth lying in the corridor leading to our rooms. I went there with my father. The mattress in the rooms were very uncomfortable and the room was small and dingy.

Overall ambience.

We had very good and comfortable stay with treebo prime elight. One of the best budget segment hotel in dwarka in delhi ... the staff were very polite and welcoming and helpful overall everything our stay was very good and smooth. I like their hospitality

The staff behavior & room cleanliness was good.

The location of Hotel is very bad , it is in commercial complex , No feel of Treebo Hotels i stayed in the past in other cities. No Hotel Board . Took me 20 minutes to Locate the Hotel.

I really like the hospitality of this that they are giving at very nominal price. Staff was very polite. This is my first stay with this hotel and I definitely choose this hotel again whenever I'll come to delhi. All good rooms are very spacious and full of amenities

Comfortable and spacious rooms the staff is very friendly especially front desk guy Sonu and all his team are really accommodating and helpful

Matters was like stone and also blanket was not good too!

Clean and tidy room.Breakfast was a Plus point.

The bathroom is too small.From outside the building doesn't look anything like the pictures.There was no windows in the room.

Check in and check out was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Staff behavior was good.

Hotel location was not clear. No banner in front hotel. Room was darker. Limited items in breakfast.

Very nice staff, room was extremely clean with great facilities and decent internet.

Unfortunately, the breakfast starts at 8am and we had to leave earlier so we missed it :(

Staff were helpful, and the room had good air conditioning

The hotel was located on a busy and noisy street. The initial room offered to us was 206. I never saw so many mosquitoes in a room in my life. It was frightful. The staff initially didn't seem it to be a problem. After raising a hue and cry, they changed it to 204, which had much less mosquitoes and that was managed. The hotel doesn't have its own dining room/hall, and the food is brought by the staff from outside. There was a guest in 202 who was extremely noisy with loud music at midnight, so had to tell the staff to ask them to keep it down. But the staff were cooperative.
