WiFi was non exixstent. Room service was rarely spot on or on time (haf to ask for iron more than 3 times on occassions).

Staff and food was good

The bedsheets were old and had bugs ..as a result if which I had bugbites... very bad quality of bedsheets and blankets. The ac wasn't working properly. If I wanted to reduce the temperature I couldn't, the staff couldn't fix the problem also.

Toilet lock broken hanger rod broken toilet in very bad shape i checked out a day earlier as it drained my mind sleeping on their dirty laundry bed although I paid almost 120 usd per night including taxes. When you see images in booking.com it doesn't justify even 10% in reality. Suggest my travel buddies to be careful before you book this hotel

Very Spacious Rooms and well located.

The Bed sheets and comforters are always stained and dirty.Everything else is passable because it's a budget hotel, but the bed sheets and laundry must change.Not sure If I will go there again.

The hotel is good, staff is good. Only problem is that I was given a room on the first floor. The kitchen is nearby and by 5am, there is a lot of noise ,of banging doors, people chatting. I think a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor is better. They would have changed the room if I asked, but I was too lazy.

I had an injury. The Staff immediately arranged to take me to the hospital and exercised great care for my relief and comfort.

It a budget hotel so no complains.The staff can be more accommodating. Had to request them to send my Swiggy food orders to the room.

Absolutely NOTHING!

I haven't seen a more unprofessional staff. The AC of the first room they game me started throwing out water suddenly. I called the reception and room dining no one picked up. Had to go all the way down and when I went down to the reception myself they didn't even suggest to shift me to a different room. I had to ask for them to give me a new room twice. The new room they gave me was hot as hell and the AC was not working. I had to survive on a simple fan for the duration of my stay. This experience was one of the worst I've ever had. And the worst part is that the staff didn't care at all. They just cared about the money.

Local is at the centre of Gk. Easy to walk in and well secured.

Breakfast was not fresh .although tea was also cold. pathetic food and person in reception was very rude at the time of our check in. Ac not working so we request to place table fan insist.

Great service! Bisht and his team recognized me and were very prompt with everything!Breakfast is simple and nice! Food is good as well! Location is excellent! Great wifi!Laundry service is prompt as well!

The staff was actually really very nice. The room was very clean and the shower was great.

There was a couple of communication issues that could’ve been avoided if the staff during the morning shift spoke better, English

When we checked in, no towels, toilet rolls in the room. We were told ...you need to ask for them ?. The main cupboard door would not close properly and safe was not working. Had to change rooms.

Hotel location

Room is 296 sq ft, but you have mentioned 2690 sq ft. Also all switches were old, either not working or dirty. Initially they informed is breakfast was not included but later clarified after waiting for almost 20 min.

Furniture is old and it needs all over repair

it was a pleasure staying at the Property ideal location close to best restaurants and markets in town value for money .
