Good hotel bathroom cleaning

Location is good. We got upgraded room.

This hotel isn't good as it is shown in pictures, it's older and not clean enough. We even got an upgraded room (the old room has dirty sheets, hair everywhere on the sheets). Towels also had stains. Maybe it is good for Indian standards.

Breakfast is good and the hotel is nice in good location. The staff were supportive

The behaviour of the staff was excellent ?..... particularly Shivam , the boy was charming and very cooperative.

Room was great and clean. The stuffs were very nice and friendly definitely recommend.

Disappointing

The location was not clearly shown on booking.com and the room was not the cleanest. We also thought that the staff were trying to scam us into buying train tickets

Location is good. But rooms are mix of small amd medium rooms. Small rooms are really small for that price

They switched off the AC from the reception while I went outside for 10 minutes. Buy when I returned, they didn't switched it onn ny themselves. And it remain of thrroughout the stay.

There service, quality of the room, cleanliness, attitude. We changed room 3 times 1st because bathroom has cockroaches, then we saw another room which have terrible bathroom so they gave us another room, we slept then because of bedbugs we couldn't sleep we asked for solution they again gave us the room we saw 2nd time, and we were very tired and didn't have any other option so we took that room, they never apologize during our stay or anything, they are very annoyed when we complai. we stayed cheaper hotel then this but never had this much disgusting service or room.

Location and breakfast were the only positives. Some of the more junior staff did their best to be helpful.

The room was a disgrace. The tv hung from the wall. The balcony room deluxe was nothing more than a window that opened to a balcony - which was permanently locked. The shower spat out water which was tepid. Upon leaving, be prepared to be pressured and monitored about leaving a positive review.

If you are considering budget stay in a decent hotel ,this property can be considered. If you are considering travelling around Delhi in metro ,this property is quite far as you need to cross the railway bridge everytime. Do remember to purchase a platform ticket.Property is clean with compact rooms.Toilet was clean .I had breakfast which was delicious

VERY NICE STAFF AND MISHRA JI VERY GOOD BEHAVIOUR AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. FOOD'S TASTY AND SATISFIED.

Stayed there on 1st and 2nd April 2025.Pros:- Hotel very close to the railway station.- Staff was very helpful.- AC, Tv were working.- Washrooms were clean.- Food was decent.Cons:- Manager charged 15% extra for the rooms than the price at which we booked the room.- Bedsheets, blankets and towels weren't too clean ( carry your own )- There were a few tiny cockroaches in the room.Overall, nothing fancy but good value for money.

Location was great. The rooms are good as per the cost. Good for middle class family. Rooms are average size and worth the money (which was quite cheap). Be prepared to make some compromises as these and most other hotels in Paharganj are budget friendly hotels

The room service was slow when we asked to install the matress. Also, since all the hotels in this area are old , you may find cockroach ? in some rooms. They changed my rooms, but that is subject to availability. Don't expect 4 or 5 star service at 2 star cost
