Hotel Kingston Park Karol Bagh

I did not stayed at the property as I was shifted by Kingston to another hotel with extra charge…this is how Delhi people are looting people…as we always heard about them that they are not trustworthy and these people just proved it that is is 1000% truth about them

I had booked Kingston but they shifted me to oDelhi hotel which was pathetic and rooms were stinking like you are in some cowshed….after several requests the switched on hot water in January weather

There’s room or not clean all night, noising, shouting

Water was hot for showers and WiFi was available

Bath towels were not clean Breakfast was not great as mentioned in the details (continental)

Location is good for patients coming to gangaram hospital

Breakfast was poor. Services can be improved

Wifi is better

Room was too dusty and they wipe the room with certain chemicals because of that we are not able breathe sometimes and the smell is musky ? and moreover you don’t have the mobile network inside room.!

Room was clean

Location was not easily accessible, room services of food and drinks took minimum 30 minutes, no tandoori items were available, food was not so tasty. Bathroom fittings very old.

Rooms are neat & clean, very polite & helpul staff. Room service is fast & food is tasty.

Very Bad Experience @Kingston Hotel -Karol Bagh

I think Booking.com is also doing some illegal activities with Hotel Kingston park ,Karol Bagh .As I booked my accommodation at there based on the pictures what I got through Booking.com Portal.But unfortunately I can’t find out the same category room at this property .They didn’t provide a bottle of Drinking water too .I surprised how they can continue their hospitality services In future .Their rooms are not hygiene and was not in good ambience.Room size is to very small and wash room was also in damaged ground .As shown mentioned in Booking .com portal that morning breakfast is complimentary,but the fact is that they surprised with the term “Complimentary breakfast “. There is no Tea sachet or Coffee powder or sugar .This is worst property I have ever met in the past one year .If you guys don’t mind ,could you please withdraw the associate ship Kingston Hotel .Otherwise your reputation will get down .
