This was my first visit, check in was on 26th to 27th April and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Vipin greeted me with a warm smile and ensured I had all the information I needed. His knowledge of both the hotel and local area was very helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

The worst Experience

The staffs management is the worst , The Hospitality which they were providing is even more worser than the room, the ,They were not Providing the bill to hrough mail even after 7 day of continues calling

They were not accepting my booking through booking.com..they said all rooms here are already booked.I asked them to send me a mail regarding what you are saying ,after 15 minutes from no where his senior came and asked me sir if you are staying alone or with family. I said how does it matter , he told If you are alone than charges are 4590/- and if with family the charges will be 8000/-No breakfast included in this cost.I always book hotels from you.Look sometimes money doesn’t matter what matter is how you can keep your self safe at night .This time I’m not at all happy.Good luck to you ?

In bath room no shampoo and shower gel were available even one drop. How hotel hand over room to client without checking basic need into hotel at a 4star. I entered and started taking bath, but have to bath only with hot water. After informing to house keeping he filled but again leaked. Again informed but did not changed it.Tea Pot was too dirty. After informing house keeping changes it. Considering a 4 star rating of Hotel this we can not expect other wise stay was good. Food was very costly and breakfast was average.

The location of this property is good . The manager and the front office seem to be trying their best to accommodate.

There was no hot water for our stay , it was very difficult with kids in the Delhi cold weather . The toilets were not cleaned . The floors were very dusty .

I was asked to give the dinner bill right after my dinner.which I did not like. I could have paid in morning .

The room was not good. It was not up to the mark. it was not as per the cost of room charged from us. The roof paint in the room was shedding down in the form of powder. The water pressure in the bath room was very low. There were no toiletries in the wash room.

your people said that breakfast wont applicable in my package.

i stayed there for little time but nothing is provided , i asked several time for shower kit/brushing but nothing is provided, np proper response from any of yours staff

The location of the hotel is the only plus point. The staff is polite.

Its a very average facility, no way 4 star experience and so over priced!!The breakfast was average, the south Indian food preparation was not upto the mark with poor taste and very liquid sambhar and hard idlis and bland chutneys. The Parathas were very hard and thick and bland in taste. A simple Dal rice combo costs Rs,525 (small servings too). The mattress springs are off making them hurt in the back. Also, if you want to check out they will not refund your advance deposited!!! Washrooms are untidy, kettles are broken, taps and fittings filthy to touch, the hand jet leaking all over the floor!! It was stressful to stay at the hotel instead of getting rested at the end of a long day at work.

rooms are very small for the price and the hotel seemed pretty empty when we reached thererooms did not even have a balcony

room sizes we got for the price was very small. the staff was not rude, but they did not feel welcoming either. most other decent hotels I have visited so far exuberate the hospitality spirit, where the staff is welcoming and it raises the experience altogether.

Food was good, hygiene was average.

Quite expensive for the service . However, there is hardly any other option around !

It's location is good if you have work in NCR

The property is big, But that doesnt help the customer.

It took 2 hours before they could give me internet password. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The kettle had unused water and the cup was not washed. The break fast was very bad. The bar was closed and it looked like they are in the process of winding up.
