Best location, best budget hotel in Delhi. Overall great stay experience. Room size was big and provided good amenities.

Worst experience

Worst experience. As soon as I saw the room I checked out because of zero cleaning. Rooms are old and restrooms are not usable. When I asked to refund for a day they denied as wellWont recommend at all.

Bedsheets were clean. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Bathroom could've been cleaner. The room overall is not in a well maintained condition. We needed cheap accommodation and for that purpose it served okay. Do not expect anything special. For breakfast we got only omelet and payed it 200 rupees per person which is overrated.

Actually I did not get a room at this hotel when I reached the hotel as all the rooms were occupied.

was transferred to another hotel & this is end of my relationship with fab hotel & booking.com for life time.

Good location

Wasn’t clean, there was still food in the fridge and the staff didn’t understand that it wasn’t ours, they asked for tip immediately, the wifi didn’t work either, there were also no towels. Breakfast started only at 8.45 but we had to leave at 9.

Hi Team,Greetings!We deeply regret in informing you to experience the worst at fab hotels.We have checked- in to the FabHotel Chalet city hotel , Saket , New Delhi around 1:15PM on 3rd November 2024 where were quite disappointed with the room where,1.  Hygiene was not maintained 2.  No ventilation on the corridor 3.  Refrigerator wires were broken4. No bucket was provided in washroom5. Carpets were not at all clean6.  The overall environment was little scary for a family to live in.7. Washroom was smelling bad where we requested the house keeping to spray 8. Flusher was working on and off in washroom.

Staffs were really nice and helpful. Guard bhaiya was also helpful.Breakfast was decent, although they need to work on their menu as they repeated the menu every second day. Location is pretty good.

First of all, this no booking payment or pay at property is a SCAM. They let you book through the booking. Com app, then they will constantly send you texts saying that you'll have to pay around 30% of the total amount in order to secure a room, not doing this you'll lose the room and a room is not guaranteed.Secondly, the property is not even close to how it is presented in the pictures. Rooms and toilets are not at all maintained. Room was utterly dirty, even thought I asked for cleaning again. There were dust all around on the tables, TV, sofa, Almirah, lamp, etc.Thirdly, AC wasn't working, I complained and it was corrected the next day.Further, Toilet seat and floor was soo directly and full of marks, felt like a cheap pahadgunj hotel.Bed sheets were also dirty and smelly. I literally poured all my perfume all over the room and toilet. In addition, I had requested them to keep my prescribed medications (which were extremely expensive and difficult to arrange from the market) in the fridge or inform me so that I can do alternative arrangements, they had switched off the fridge after a couple days and didn't even inform me, which is really not acceptable.

Location is very very good. Very near PVR Saket and bang on the main road.

Quality of electrical fittings, unswept underside of bed with someone's used water bottle lying, etc etc. Toilet paper roll was finished. Kettle cord very short, not practical to connect to power source.

It was not at all clean! The bed, mattress, pillow, bed sheet all were below standard and unclean! Too much dirty! Lizards in the washroom !

I booked it and got confirmation from booking.com . But when I reached the property, staff said that your booking is cancelled. we have given room to some other guest. I had to fund another property at 10 pm in the night. If Booking.com's booking doesn't count then why are you guys befooling customers to do bookings. shut down your bulshiit app. I am going to report this incident in all the social media platforms of India and Dubai and will make sure the required action is taken against Booking.com.Thanks and RegardsTushar Sharma+971562421227

Dirty, rude staff, I didn’t get my room

Location is ideal with PVR mall right next to the hotel. Options for food are plenty. Staff was very polite and responsive. Wifi was good.

Room was a bit cramped. No ventilation. Pillows were quite soiled and dirty. Should be changed asap. There is no kitchen. So room service takes time. Tea / coffee could be made available in the morning.

Breakfast ok, location suited me for my purposes

Furniture,ok,rooms as well as bathroom needs more cleaning with disinfectant to get rid of the bad smell of room and pillow covers need proper cleaning too,since second floor doesn't have any openings in corridors,it is strongly advised to improve the room cleaning and it's linen

Nothing to like in hotel as per rate facility is very poor wash room is only clean to see after use no proper water no lift convert this in rest room or in dharamshala then it's OK in the rate of 1000 per day
