Spotless, spacious and comfortable room. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond.

Beautiful hotel and responsive, kind staff close to sights in Delhi. We highly recommend staying here. We loved our stay!

Very clean, great atmosphere, cosmopolitan with indian touch- can’t find this around the world, only india. All staff was friendly, curteous, and went above the expectations of *s- we had super early check in.

It was a little further to walk to main street- many tuktuks wanting to “help-“. Warning us that its not safe to walk because wandering dogs will bite- Hotel can’t help this- but its about 5 min walk to main street. Saw mainly men walking, not women in neighborhood- around 5 PM. The mattress and pillows were covered with rubberized protective layer, and sheet on top of that- i realize its sanitary, but it makes bed too hot or too cold- extra cotton padding would be better over protective cover- and thin enough to change with sheets.

This is a wonderful property , great location, great staff and the property was fabulous. It was decorated for Christmas when we visited and they did an amazingly job on the decor- bravo. They had a singer at the bar Saturday night that was great. Sandeep the bartender took care us, recommending amazing drinks and Indian food to try. I recommend this hotel to and other Americans visiting New Delhi you will not be disappointed in the experience you get at this property. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods to choose from , from some standard American dishes to authentic Indian cuisine. The location is great yo get around New Delhi , centrally located , and also a short walk to Connaught place circle. We can’t recommend this property enough as a great starting point for any India adventure.

Hotel was very clean, safe, and the decoration was just wonderful. We liked the happy hour and the live music, we also ate one time at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The pool area was very nice but I did not have time to enjoy it.

The hotel amenities, staff, restaurant and bar were excellent.

The rooms were a bit small but comfortable.

Very unique hotel with beautiful decor, friendly staff and decent size rooms.Location pretty close to Connaught Place.

There was a bit of bad smell in the room.

All the meals were wonderful, as was the restaurant staff. The hotel breakfasts were fabulous. We ate dinner at the restaurant every night because the food was so good.

Very comfortable stay, with lovely Indian decor. The staff were particularly helpful and respectful, especially the waiters in the Hub, the front desk and concierge. It was peaceful and felt very safe. Comfy bed, strong shower!

Wven though the hotel is in the city center, you dont feel the buzz from the street. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food ia very good. And the stuff is nice, helpfull.

Perfect place to stay in delhi . Very good decoration and fabulous room . The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Anil who was very helpful and he was like a guide who helped me in a-lot of things he is always smiling and cooperative too much, he is always text me to make sure everything is perfect, very amazing man. Also Arvind from the room service made the room always very clean and well organized.

The location is convenient, the hotel is very clean, staff quite friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Would definitely go back and absolutely recommend it.

Located in the heart of the city but still on a quiet street. People are courteous and very helpful but then that is trademark of IHCL group. Rooms were cosy and comfortable, breakfast spread was good. Hospitality is top class. Decor is very nice.

South Indian choices in breakfast could be better. The dishes didn’t really taste authentic South Indian. There was plenty to choose from so not a hardship but personally I would have loved better tasting sambar.

Food options for in room dining wasn't great when compared to other Taj Properties that charge the same prices..Hotel is a bit old..Wash basin sink would not allow water to drain..shower area does not have a door..bathroom door was old and creaky..I opened the fridge and it was filled with plastic pieces so not usable
