Great breakfast, amazing staff. Hoshiyar Singh in particular was outstanding but so was everybody else.

Gym is compact and functional. Unlike the last time, two equipment weren't working and this is something the property should pay better attention too.

The hospitality is amazing; special mention for Abhilash and his team, he ensures a smooth stay and experience; my aged parents keep returning here thanks to them. Entire staff extremely helpful and friendly as well. Very clean property overall and fantastic location .

Nothing noticeable; may be the airport pick up and drop charges can be made reasonable; it’s quite high

Spacious rooms with excellent housekeeping, special mention Ajay Yadav ( Housekeeping Staff ). Each staff whether at the Reception or Housekeeping was courteous always willing to help with a smiling face.

Just a suggestion, rooms must have floor carpets laid for a better experience, especially during winters.

Great Staff. Very helpful. The location is great. Next to the mall with good food and shipping options. Breakfast options are good as well.

Actually my wife was traveling to India alone to see doctor and her stay she considers same as home a safe place…

Rooms were okay but seems like it’s been a while since the Hotel started and things were not maintained well.Near to a big mall, shopping was easy.

Not up to the standard for the amount i paid. Short of staffs, other guests were shouting to the staffs coz of delay in checking in. But i give credit to the staff for handling it coolly. The room AC was weird, with just high medium and low setting, and temperature not adjustable. The way to the swimming pool was awful and very dirty.

The location is quite good, right in the heart of Saket. Pranay, helped us when we got stuck with rooms and upgraded us to a suite make up for the booking mess.

The check in process was bad. We had booked the Premium room which promised a landmark view. The woman at the reception (don't know her name) tried to put us in a smaller room. We showed her the pictures from our booking. After waiting for half an hour, she showed us another room which had a terrible alley view and was quite small. We didn't take it. She told us booking.com has put up wrong pictures of the room. She was quite rude. Pranay, another staff at the reception took charge and helped us with the booking and put us in a suite. We are quite grateful to him. While he was helping us, the rude woman was stopping him from sorting our issue. The breakfast is decent. The hotel is old and generally have a clealiness issue.

The location is excellent. The facility is clean. Good choice of breakfast. I also got a complimentary upgrade.

The room had a separate kitchen and drawing room area. Bathroom was very good. I was pleasantly surprised to see the room. It was very good. Lighting control system was also very modern.- I LOVED THE LIGHTING IN THE ROOM - IT WAS VERY WELL LIT, UNLIKE OTHER HOTELS! I would love to come back to this hotel again and again because of the lighting in the room - it was SUPER! Hotels should always give ample lighting in the rooms- and it should be the customers choice whether they want to keep the lighting dim or bright. THANKYOU VERY MUCH FOR SUCH GOOD LIGHTING IN THE ROOM!

- Towels were not clean, although they had been washed, but they were pretty worn out and old.- The staff was very rude and unhelpful. I have 3 instances to share - Firstly when I called for booking, I was dealt with very rudely. I wanted to request a hard/firm mattress due to an issue with my spine, but the guy on the phone replied to me very rudely. I thought maybe bcoz it's late night, that's why the executive is talking to me rudely. Second time when I called to enquire about car parking, again I was not explained things properly and clearly. And thirdly when I reached the hotel for checkin, the guy at the desk first rudely asked me to wait. And he didn't even give me a smile or make me feel welcomed. Then a second guy came, who was dressed casually, he spoke nicely to me. Once payment was done, nobody even bothered to show me the room. Severe lack of hospitality.- The third issue I had during my stay here was lack of hard/firm mattress. They could change it on customers request. When you can have extra beds for a charge, so you can also have extra firm mattresses and change them as per customers requirement.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good, beds were comfy. Water bottles were provided in the room and all appliances were working

Bathrooms were not clean and moldy, kitchen stove was dirty and old . Property needs better maintenance and cleaning.

Slight issues with customers who are loud adjacent to our room was annoying but it's okay. Overall was very nice stay

The room was fantastic and great value fior money- I think I got a discount. Has everything you need in the room. Hotel and staff great . Location is fine...you need uber to get to main attraction wherever you are. Located within/attached to a shopping mall- bit soulless but has restaurants on your doorstep which was very welcome

Not much, there didnt seem to be much in surrounding streets so just ate in the shopping mall.

Location, staff, cleanliness, service was quick and efficient.

It could just add some more breakfast, however it was very nice. They also made food on special request.

So I checked in and Mr Abhilash on the front desk wS very kind. He got me a room and I told him that my flight was at 4 am in the morning, so I would leave at 3 am. He said since Breakfast is included in my booking, he will pack my breakfast and keep it ready to go at 3 am. Fast forward, they had nothing for me at 3 am. The on duty receptionist called the kitchen and they were clueless. He wanted me to wait for 20 mins ?The property is in dire need of renovation. The location is next to mall, which is good but everything else is a disaster. It was not clean at all, the air coming out of AC vents smells like sh*t. Not a pleasant stay. I would never stay there again.
