Convenient position, comfortable rooms. Nice rooftop. Didn't like that guests could smoke in the hotel

Good location, 3 min walk to the Metro at Karol Bagh, safe area, as a western solo female I felt safe. I arrived very early morning around 7am and the staff kindly allowed me to check in though it was many hours before check-in time, I really appreciated that. Reasonable price for a clean and safe 2 star stay in Delhi and close to public transport to get around on the metro

Nothing, it was perfect for the price and star rating of the hotel.

All was perfect.. very clean, modern,hot water, towels, good WiFi, good position near subway, lift.

Centrally located close to shopping Decent staff

Reaching this hotel is coming through chaos .. lots of people and vehicles on narrow lanes. Access to hotel is one way. Google maps doesn’t show proper directions close to local. Hard to convince drivers to drop at location.

Great hotel for a nights sleep and the staff really helped me with my missing bag, signing for it and helping to get it

The staff are very helpful and supportive. The staff on reception were very helpful and took care of their guests. Sandeep on reception was really helpful with assisting me with various questions, he was very approachable at all times. I would recommend this hotel, the location is ideal for seeing Dehli, it is close to the market and good restaurants.

dark dirty windowless rooms. if you wanted hot water out with morning you had to give the reception 30 minutes to switch it on! I was in room 101 and the noise from reception and slamming doors was rediculous.

The room was clean and looked to have been recently refurbished with a good, fairly modern bathroom and hot water. The staff were kind and welcoming. Lovely roof terrace though we didn’t use it.

Nothing - but don’t rely on the front desk for a 2.30 a.m. wake up call ! ? we had also set our own alarms, no problem.

Friendly staff, good location, very reasonable price. Also provided very affordable breakfast which was delicious. Basically you pay what you get for.

Noisy - lots of outside and corridor sounds, my friends in the other room had a showerhead that wouldn’t stop dripping all night. Bring ear plugs and you should be fine.Cleanliness was okay

Not alot to like about this hotel apart from the location a convenient 5 min walk from the Metro station.

Where do I start....on arrival the grunting reception guy admonished me for my late arrival (which I had notified them of previously via 3 communications on booking.com). I was given a room that had obviously just been vacated and left - complete with ruffled sheets, hairs on the bed, filthy bathroom etc.When I complained I was moved to another room which was fractionally cleaner. There was still mould in the bathroom, the floor was dirty, sheets and towels were grey.The room wasn't serviced at any stage in my 3 night stay. At one stage I asked for more towels - none ever came. Why on earth Intrepid use this hotel as their tour base in Delhi I have no idea.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt safe being a solo traveler. They even went above and beyond to accommodate my flight change with a late checkout at the spare moment. The food was served fast.

Tired worn out furniture and bedding. Room smelt vaguely of mould and fried fish. Grey sheets, grubby bathroom, blackened shower rose, old thin towels. Everything could do with a really good clean.

Rooms are ok..staff is good ..near to temple..

Food's taste was good.location also very near to metro station and market. Room service staffs are well perfect.

Manager and his management was not upto the mark.He didn't fix tv which we complain everyday during our 5 days stay. Need to put more light in the room. Moreover he should learn how to make smile ?
