Staff was very helpful. They allowed early check in as my flight landed in India early in the morning.

Only small issue was old bath area and appliances.

The room was comfortable and clean, though compact; good breakfast;

Unglamorous entry difficult to spot at street level.

Clean safe great location, nice rooms and hot water. Lovely breakfast room . We were able to get packed breakfast (fruit, pastry) when we had to leave early for a tour- wasn’t great but was good to have something. But onsite nice cold buffet breakfast plus western or Indian breakfast hot options to order.

The front-desk staff are excellent. The attached restaurant, Zaffran, serves excellent dinner, slightly on the expensive side, but delicious. The biggest plus point is the location of the hotel. It's incredible!

The housekeeping staff cringe on basic necessities, replacing soap, shampoo, etc., requiring daily reminders. The complimentary breakfast served at the restaurant Zaffran is a disaster, I guess the management feels that that they are actually serving a 'free' breakfast! Limited spread, but there is a menu card from where one can order, but service levels are abysmal!

Very good location. Easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Onsite restaurant serving authentic Indian food at reasonable price. Very kind and helpful staff who were always willing to help.

Two rooms at both ends from by front door were abused by the guests. Crowd of people were moving in and out from early in the day till very late in the afternoon. It appeared they were using the hotel rooms as a mobile office. Hotel staff appeared to be powerless to stop the unehtical behaviour of these gusts who made annoying noises and did not care for the comfort of other guests at all.

The room is not clean my first night at the hotel was terrifying because I found a cockroach behind the TV screen?

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was clean with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom had essential toiletries and included a hairdryer, which was a nice touch.Despite arriving at 2 a.m., I was warmly greeted by a staff member who quickly checked me in—such a relief after a long journey. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Breakfast was a buffet with the option to order from a menu, all included in the room rate. The hotel’s location is fantastic—right near Connaught Place, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local markets on foot. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe in the area. The staff also helped me to arrange sightseeing with a personal driver—super convenient and well-organized.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s about 25 minutes from Delhi Airport and offers excellent service, comfort, and location.

This hotel was lived up to my expectations and was a great place to stay. I had no complaints.

Hotel centrally located; staff kind and friendly, extremely helpful. The breakfast was good, and I recommend the restaurant for dinner as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all, I thoroughly recommend.

I wouldn't change anything here, this is an excellent place to stay in central Delhi.

Located in the middle of a shopping area… Room was very clean and tidy.. all staff members i met were very friendly and welcoming. I slept so well in my room during the 3 nights i chose to stay. Very cozy place. I will come back again and again.

Only thing is that you do not have a nice view from the window. But at least i was able to see sunlight since im a claustrophobic person. I need window

Maybe this is better than other India hotels, but hotel room was tiny and dirty.

Nothing, it’s a small room but we hadn’t come to Delhi to sit in room!

Property was clean European style. Bedroom was small with two single beds and desk but as out all day this was fine. Restaurant onsite which served delicious masala omelettes for breakfast. The staff were so professional, kind and helpful. I arrived at 6am and they provided tea and biscuits followed by a complimentary breakfast which was so welcome. They also got our room ready by 9am which was amazing. Mahit on the front desk was the perfect host. The location was very central in Connaught Place with plenty of shops restaurants around. Overall this hotel far exceeded my expectations and was great value for money.

Nothing really. We did have very strong smell from the bathroom for a few hours the first evening but this disappeared and had no issues after that.

It was a nice comfortable base safe place to explore Delhi .. found the rooms a little on the small side .. but staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant was extremely good..

Loud noises all night, sirens and fans, sounded like air conditioners or people blending food every minute. Ear plugs werent enough as it was so loud. We didn't really sleep because of this. Bathroom was tiny.
