Hotel Bluestone - Nehru Place

It is Good place to stay.

They have placed snacks in each room and no where it is mentioned that it is chargeable.Not Even in booking or in hotel room. As it was a prepaid booking while check out they asked money for those items around INR 500 which is hardly of INR 100.

Perfect location and I enjoyed my stay here.staff were here very nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and spacious.

Great hotel and with good amenities. Closed to the lotus temple and market. Staff was friendly. Food was very good.

The staff were so helpful. It was in a great location and had excellent WiFi.

One big advantage was that they allowed us to check in early, which was really convenient. The breakfast was very good, always offering at least three warm options. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable sitting sofa, and the hotel is located in an area full of banks, which made us feel safer compared to other parts of the city. There was no noise going from outside of hotel.

The communication with the hotel before our arrival was quite difficult. They didn’t respond to written messages, required advanced payment on a strange webpage (that we didn't) and there were some issues where we were asked to pay again for things that had already been paid for – definitely not a good look. Hot water was only available on request. That wouldn’t have been a problem if we had been informed about it, but since no one told us, we ended up showering in cold water for the first couple of days.Room cleaning wasn’t done automatically and had to be requested, which we only found out later.One thing that bothered us a bit was a phone in the hallway that kept ringing constantly – not ideal when you're trying to relax.

Stayed at hotel bluestone for a night. The location was very nice and easy access from any transportation. The staff was friendly and the room was well maintained. Food was very good.

-Unable to rest well as room was facing the main road. Noisy roads only quietened at 1130pm. Noise restarted at 530am. - In addition to noisy roads, I heard rat noises outside my window on the 2nd last day. Not a comfortable feeling to feel- Couldn't bathe well as there were no warm or hot water. Upon addressing it with the staff, they mentioned that hot water was only available on certain parts of the day. When I turned on the tap of said periods, warm/hot water didn't come out as well - When I exited my room for the first time and closed my door, the door didn't seem to auto lock. I requested help and after multiple tries, the door locked itself. That doesn't seem very safe to me

The room & restaurant are very small. The breakfast spread also needs to be improved

great hotel with great service. I recommend to go for room upgrade, the room is newly furnished with european standards. the other rooms a bit older.

easy access to NSIC grounds.

very noisy at night with active talking by employees. AC needed repair with the fins removed and cold air blowing directly to the bed. Bed linen looked used. Bathroom drain was clogged. No other good restaurants nearby leaving no option but to order from the overly priced hotel restaurant.

Very good hotel for what we needed situation away from the centre but in Nehru place where they have a computer market and a complex with nice restaurants there.The hotel itself is kept to a good standard, housekeeping are very good and cleaning the room and replenishing the stock.As with all Indian hotels the drainage system is poor and find the bathroom tends to get wet but apart from that the room is very good and the staff are very attentive.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Functional hotel with kind and supporting staff. It was a comfortable place to stay and close to public transport. We had a lovely Indian breakfast and were able to easily explore the city from here.

The location is on quite a busy road.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Blue Stone in Delhi and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception team who were always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The room was so clean and comfortable, and the location was great, close to many attractions and Metro station. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Delhi, and would like to give a special mention to the reception team for their outstanding service especially The one who was so kind and helped us a lot and gave us another room for one hour because our flight was late and we needed to pack our stuff again. This is the second time that I chose this hotel and I really recommend it and plus it has a refrigerator in every room which is an advantage in India.
